I am writing to formally raise a serious concern about potential racial discrimination within the company. It has been viewed that there is a pattern of unequal treatment affecting employees of different racial backgrounds. This is evident through how each are treated clearly different when the same infractions are involved. Certain employees have horrible attendance & work ethics who maintain their job. Then you have others of a different race who work hard, and have good attendance that are fired at the first infraction, even after being put through drug testing and the company's investigation. It is a clear and evident view of discriminatory practices which is highly unfair to good workers. Truckers as well as multiple employees are aware of the mistreatment within this company.

I am writing to address the issue related to the recent claim or complaint that has been brought to our attention. We want to assure you that we take all claims seriously and are committed to conducting a thorough and fair investigation. As of now, we do not have information about the identity of the individual who brought forward this claim. This is not an oversight but is due to not having a former or active associate with that name or e-mail address on record we cannot speak in behalf of the information he or she are claiming. Our investigation however continued to ensure that we actively worked to gather any information regarding the claim in order to ensure to address the matter. There is a process of investigation to ensure to conclude with the appropriate decisions a.Suspension from work pending further investigation i.Or b.Termination of employment These are some of the aligned process in place to ensure that each associate is threated equally with respected depending on the matter of circumstances of each matter.
