      Went to there Conroe location and wanted a refund due to the long wait. Brought to there attention I wanted a refund and a random customer start using profane language telling me to backoff when he had no clue what was going on and started confrontation with me. You would think the store manager would have told him to backoff instead she came from around the counter yelling in my face. I will be filing a claim

      I have reached our to Smoothie King via the feedback link on their website multiple times now with no response. Their form asks if you'd like someone from Smoothie King to contact you, and I have always marked yes, yet I've heard from nobody. I then tried to reach out to Smoothie King thru their ******** page. The message was read, however, once again I received no response. My concern is that the feedback is going to the franchise and not someone outside the franchise to be made aware of their practices. On 2 of the occasions that I ordered an acai bowl thru their app, the bowl has been substantially smaller than prior times. At $12/bowl this is unacceptable. There should be a minimum weight/volume that's used each time. Then today, I placed an order thru the app... drove an hour from home to work and when I got to Smoothie King, the lights were off and the doors were locked, but I paid for my order. I had to order again at a different location. This is some poor customer service by either the franchise owners or Smoothie King as a corporation. I honestly don't know which.

      On 6/24/2024 I placed an order online through the Smoothie King app for 2 bowls. This was my first time using the app shortly after downloading it. The order went through and I was charged $24.97. The order was supposed to be ready at 7:39 AM. I arrived shortly after this time but was told that they were out of all bowls. The employee on duty had no idea how to cancel my order but told me I should be able to through the app. There was no option that I was able to find on the app to do so, despite similar apps from other restaurants that I use having that option. I did not receive anything but the transaction went through and the money was deducted from my bank account. Later that day I sent in a request through the website explaining what happened and requesting a refund. I have still not received a response. A few days later I got a standard unrelated automated message, I don't recall if it was by text or email, wanting me to provide feedback on my order. I left negative feedback and again requested a refund. On 7/2/2024 I received an email reporting to be from *********************** with Smoothie King ***** Support saying my issue would be sent to store management. Despite regularly checking my regular and junk email folders I did not receive any other correspondence until 7/9/2024 reporting to be from ***** Card also at Smoothie King ***** Support asking if my issue had been resolved. I replied that nothing had been resolved and I had not been contacted by anyone. Both emails came from the same ***************************************** email address. I just finished checking all of my junk emails and my bank account. The $24.97 charge is still there, there has been no refund, and no further contact from Smoothie King.

      On November 29, 2022 I purchased a $100 Gift Card from Smoothie King and uploaded it to my Smoothie King **** On December 2, 2022 I purchased a $100 Smoothie ************** and uploaded to my Smoothie King **** After I put the gift cards in my account, they were thrown away. Over the next several months I used some of the money/credit loaded to my Smoothie King **** Not having been to Smoothie King *** in over a year, on June 27, 2024, I went to Smoothie King to use my account. Before accessing my account, I was required to download a new version of the Smoothie King **** It wiped all my usage history. I found I had only $6.81 money/credit in my account. I was concerned because I believed I had over $100 on my account. This was their response. "Our team was able to find a gift card that was uploaded to your account. However, our system shows that the gift card has a balance of $0.72. It shows you made three purchases with the card : $6.31 on 12/22/23 , $86.88 on 4/13/24, and $6.09 on 6/27/24. My response: On 4/13/24 I did not make an $86.88 purchase at Smoothie King. Prior to my purchase on 6/27/24, I have not made a purchase at Smoothie King in over a year, PS Not to be sarcastic, but how is it possible to spend $86.88 at Smoothie King for one purchase? Maybe you need to investigate that purchase, because I certainly didn't make it. Not hearing back from Smoothie King this was my response:This is not an acceptable response. I trusted your company when I purchased those gift cards, and in good faith I loaded both to my **** I have copies of my credit card bill where/when I purchased them. I still have not heard back from Smoothie King ******** ******** This is unacceptable. I am not trying to get more than is due me but I am trying to get what is due me. That is why I requested the history from my account. If they, cannot provide that, then I request $125 be upload to my Smoothie King *** account.

      The date was 6/30/24 & 7/1/24 Your employees need training on how to serve the public, ************** was rude and On 6/30/ 24 the store was closed, I stayed there for 15 minutes, nit knowing it was close. I feared something was wrong , I told the manager on Monday and she was rude. When asked about using my reward phone number, oh we not doing that , she said.

      I had attempted to purchase a smoothie at smoothie king, and the application had said that the order had not gone through. I attempted to re submit the order as I assumed it would not charge me until it had gone through but it turns out it was charging me for an application issue. I had tried to reach out to the store that I had ordered from but it turns out they are not able to adjust the app purchases. I reached out to smoothie king on their complaint form but I still would prefer to have an entity such as the bbb be of assistance. I just want a refund back for the over charging due to the issue with the application.

      I spoke to the regional manager on May 7th, 2024 and I recorded the whole call and I explained to him this happened I went into Smoothie King at 1928 ***************. ********************************* on Sunday April 28th, 2024 at 2:32 pm me and my two-year-old daughter was treated very rudely by ******************************* and the whole staff. I feel like me and my daughter was discriminated against and treated unfairly because I have a disability and she is a child. I do have it recorded and I would like you to call me with your email address so you can hear for yourself. I brought a smoothie and the last couple of times when I had my daughter with me I have gotten a small childrens cup for free. One time they gave me two childrens cup for free so I was assuming they were free. When I asked for one today they told me it was 25 cents I asked to see the policy because I been getting the cups for free. Its not a problem of me paying 25 cents. Since I ask to see the policy she stated I need to get out her establishment. My daughter was crying because she expects getting some of my smoothie in a cup like we have been doing. She doesnt know any better because she is a toddler she is just used to coming with me and getting some of my smoothie. Please dont bring your child to this establishment because its a possibility they will kick you out. I honestly did do nothing wrong but ask to see a policy that I have a right to see. He explained he was going to give me a call back and he never did. He was offering me a gift card and I never received the gift card. Its not about the gift card its about how me and my daughter were treated. I have a disability as well. I would like an apology before I seek further action. I dont want a gift card or to come back in there. He stated I can come back in there but I havent been back since. The way I reacted is because of my disabilities and I was upset of course. My disabilities were made extremely worse because of this incident.

      I received a birthday reward email on 2/1/2024 at 3:30pm CST. It states that my birthday reward was loaded to my account with the same email address. So, I logged into my account to view it and it was not there. I went back to read the email and it states in bold print that I will receive one 20oz smoothie for $2. I emailed them through their contact us and did not receive an email back. It had been two weeks and the the reward is only good for 30 days, so I went into store #*** and showed them the email. They refused to honor it because it was not on my app (no history of using it either in my app). So, I called ************ and spoke with ****************** He offered to load $4 to my account, but I said the 20oz smoothie says $6.85 on the in-store menu for a 20oz with no add-ins, which means I would pay $2.85 when the email boldly states one smoothie for $2. Then he said my email is actually for $2 off. How does that make sense? It literally says get any 20oz smoothie for $2. He said that he is sorry that I am having trouble understanding wording with and will have management call me, goodbye and hung up on me. Seriously that worst excuse for customer service in the the restaurant industry. I majored in marketing in college. I guess they dont want future business. Truly astonished.

      My account number was used to purchase product without my consent. It was charged to my card for ***** my bank declined it because I didn't purchase anything from this business and was used again for *****. The second transaction was placed. I don't purchase anything from this company nor am I interested in their product. I don't not recommend this business to anyone. Be careful, check your accounts because some how they hacked into my account to purchase product.

      I've been a loyal customer of SK since 2010. Never have I had an experience such as I did yesterday at this location. Upon entering the **** noticed the cashier who disposition was extremely offputting, not smiling or any of the normal greetings I get from previous visits at other Smoothie Kings. I ordered my smoothie and asked the cashier if can redeem point from my app. The cashier rudely replied stating not to ask him anything about the app. I questioned why I could not ask questions and he replied by stating "reading is fundamental and that's not his job to know about the app." I asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager. I asked for his name but he refused to disclose it. I expressed to the "manager" that I will contact corporate about this experience. At that point he raised out his chair literally hovering over me stating that "I WILL KILL YOU". He said it twice. At that point I feared for my life so I called 911. The cops came I explained what happened. They went inside and spoke to the manager. The cops came back outside and told me that I had no proof of the threat and the manager wants me off the property. This employee should be fired and the video and audio needs to be reviewed. Also I'm requesting that the tresspass be dropped as I did nothing but patronize this establishment. * The location of the store is *************************************************************
