On May 9 visit the Coppell vision center for my yearly check up the doctor this was the second time me visiting this location with not great experience but is very close to my house so i back again. The doctor give me a prescription for contact ***** and Glasses the same day of my visit i inform the doctor that my first visit at the location was not very good but the location was close to my house the doctor apologize for the inconvenience and continue with the visit . when i finish my visit she prescribe a contact ***** left side +3.00 and right side +1.75 and she give me some trails . couple days later i place my order at the office to order contacts for *********************************************************************************** to place the order . i was working out town for almost 3 weeks and my husband went to pick up the order from the doctor visit when i open the box of contacts and used i staring getting so many head ache and was not able to see clear and find out that they order the incorrect contacts i contact the office and spoke to the Assistant Manager about it and she said that the doctor make a mistake on the prescription i let her know that i want to get the correct prescription and she said that since i open the box that is nothing that they can do about it i ask her to let me speak to the Doctor and she said that doctor is taking care patients that she is not able to help me , I mention to the Assistant Manager that this one was the second time that they make a mistake on my prescription that last year they give me the incorrect pair glasses and she just said that she was not able to help me . last year i waisted $350 dollars with a pair a glasses that they never fixed and when i got back to them they have different employees and different doctors. I want my money back for the Doctor visit and the money that i expend with the contacts and they need to put the money back that my insurance pay for my visit for this year and last year .
