Be prepared to be gaslit, blamed, and to have your adjuster changed every two weeks. It seems to be a tactic. Stay strong and lean on your friends if needed. Remember the phrase "that's not the way I see it" when they try to gaslight and blame you.If you do not have insurance with AAA, do not get it. Go with a company that has the manpower to hire people locally and does not rely on AI assistance to write your estimate from another state.Review from Sunshine B.

I recently had my vehicle towed by ***, and during this process the driver that was picking up my vehicle damaged my vehicle and the incident was visibly notice and recognized by both parties at the time of the incident. I later notified *** along with a claim, in which the claim agented rebuttal against anything within the claim immediately sided with her driver, of course. There is always 3 sides to a story and to take 1 over another is ludicrous ridiculous. I wouldnt advise anyone to use this service due to lack of professionalism and accountability!!!Review from Sherron H

This company defrauded me by giving me a premium quotation of $1434. One month later, they said they made a mistake by calculating my premium incorrectly, based off incorrect or incomplete information provided. This is a lie.... I had to send pictures of my dwelling before they would honor the quote. Anything they felt was wrong, should have been caught before I signed for the policy. Now, they want to charge me $1698 annually. I'm really angry because they said in order to get the policy, I would have to sign up for auto insurance also. I had no issues with my previous auto insurance carrier (Allstate) . I will be canceling all of my insurance policies and my roadside assistance. I do not and will not stay with a company that shows me fraudulent behavior or patterns. Additionally, once I cancel they will only send my refund by mail. If I didn't pay my premium by mail, why are they sending my refund by mail? Why can't they credit my cc? All of the time and energy I wasted with this company, I will never do it again. Even if they offered me a policy or membership for free. It's a 0 Rating for me.Review from ANGELA J

One of their insured rear ended my vehicle 6 days ago, and I have yet to receive a call back from an adjuster. I have called their claims department and gotten my claim # and given my adjusters name and phone #. The adjuster called one time, left a V/M and I literally called back 2 minutes later and got her VM. I left a VM for her, then left another one 4 hours later, another one the following day, and 2 the next business day. I called the claims department and got the manager for the adjuster along with his number. Left him a VM that day. I have called the adjuster back today, day 6 since accident, and she "out of the office today". So I called her manager, no answer (Surprise Surprise) so I left him a voice mail. Called back again 2 hours later since I STILL HAVE NOT heard from anyone, and got his VM again. Left another message. It is ridiculous that someone can not pickup a phone and get this taken care of. I have one vehicle and it's the one that THEIR insured hit, but I am the one being inconvenienced. I truly hope not all insurance companies are this bad. Horrible theres nobody to talk to in the appeals department being transferred and transferred, and then hung up on every person speak to, cannot help you with your question because they are not part of the department, but the part of the department does not take phone calls from customers, but they take money been waiting on a refund for over five months and have been unable to get this rectified no help from the supervisor or from any members of the ********************** Several promises to call me back have not been done. Since I signed up with AAA in 2017 for home insurance, the Lakes of ********************* (located in my neighborhood) has been in existence and AAA evidently recognized its presence as it was never an issue in the past. My house mortgage insurance was okay for 5 years and $1,400 was noted as the maximum amount. However, from August 2023 to August 2024, the house insurance premium had skyrocketed up to $4,149.00. Their reason for the price hike is the fire station which is a mile away from house, supposedly does not exist, but it was there prior? So ridiculous! Even after the fact that I submitted a letter of fire protection from Brazoria County Emergency Sevices in District 3, still refusing to acknowledge. I would give them zero for rating.Review from Janice T

Contractors working for AAA are giving AAA a BAD Name!! Contractor told me to call back AAA when I had the proper tools to do the job. I needed a flat tire changed! Took 3 attempts from AAA to finally get tire changed! I had the proper tools! Contractor working for AAA didn't know what tools he needed to replace flat with my spare! ??Review from JASON B

AAA was great when I lived in the ********. Now that I live out in the country the service is useless, I request service, never shows up. Contact them direct say it costs extra cash to come get me. I call AAA they switch tow service and I get the same deal. Waste of $150 if you don't live in a large city.
