      In Mai 21, 2019 I bought a Poltercom for USD 665. After 3 month I started to ask about the delivery status, where I was told that it will take some more time which was fine for me. Then ****** came and I was told that the company suffers from lockdown and that my delivery will be delayed, which was of course ok for me. The next mail exchange I was told that the company wont produce any Poltercom anymore, that was one year ago and since then I asked several times about a refund but only got one answer back to use an app which is not eligible here in ***********. I would be very happy if I could close this issue which is now running so many years. Even if they would tell me that I wont see my money anymore and that is was a fraud would be ok, so I can stop the effort in writing further emails.

      This complaint is regarding a business called Paranologies, an internet company that purported to sell "ghost hunting equipment." I placed an order for a radio called a Pico in December 2020 for $139.99 plus tax. To date I have not received the radio. As time has gone by, I have emailed this company approximately 40 times, only receiving one or two replies from them, none in the last months. The company representative claimed many things such as lost orders for which they sent a new "discount code" to reorder ( I did, but still nothing), carpal tunnel issue so he could not make the products, and various other excuses. I have been more than patient and even set up a cash app just to get a refund but now I see on the website that they state all refunds have been sent out. So, basically, I have been swindled out of my money. I cannot describe it as anything but a scam at this point, more than two years later. I am aware there are many others in the same situation however I see some say they have received their refunds. I have not and so I am filing this complaint.

      I ordered the ************** back on August X XXXX and still have of received my order it cost me $127.00 On his website I kept a eye on all updates and Covid came he had to close down for awhile and then needed new extra hands for people to work on orders! Then later a update that he lost orders and asked everyone to email him to recreate a order # and I even screenshot everything so I got he new order # on August 21st 2021 and then later he had a update that he hurt his hand and can't continue to make orders. Lots of excuses! I then continued to monitor the website and then he updated everyone who wishes to get a refund to email him and he would send refunds when he can by ***** so I emailed him numerous time at the email he provided on his website and never got a reply! Checked all my spam message nothing! I then logged in to the website that allows you see your account info and the status of your order and I it changed to Fullfilled however I never received any email with a tracking number or anything! I am here because I believed I was ordering something I would get at the beginning with the stated time frame but I was patient now all almost over 2 years waiting have not got my order in the mail or the requested refund he posted about in Sept/October 2022 in the Update section! Well today December 10th 2022 I went to the website to see about any updates well the updates section is gone and I screenshot it there's no info about updates all items are sold out! So I'm here just to get my $127.00 back on ***** I'll take my business or other paranormal gear websites that I've had successful items sent no problems!

      Purchased the Polterpod from Paranologies online through Paypal on July 13, 2022. The email confirmation stated the item would be delivered between July 25, 2022 - July 28, 2022. The item never arrived, and today is August 6, 2022. I have sent several Emails asking when the product would arrive. I never received any emails back. Since it looks like I won't be getting the Polterpod, I would like my money back. I paid $225.00 for it. I spent my hard earned money on this.

Go read it now it will tell you important things like delays or if I'm responding to emails etc... Crying on the bbb website will not put you first in line. The bbb is a business just like everyone else and they can't enforce a thing. So literally you're wasting my time. You have already received a tracking number.       I paid $235.00 for a Polterpod (intelligent sweep spirit box) from the Paranologies website on April 6th 2020. I have waited all this time, 2 years and 4 months, because ****** ***** (The Paranologies owner) Told me he would ship my item out, many times. In an email response he said he would ship it out in 2020, in another email response he said he would ship it out in 2021. In 2021 he then said I would have to fill out a form so he could remember what my order was. ****** ***** falsely claims he lost my order, even though I've emailed it to him easily 10 times. ****** ***** said in one email that I was a "moron". I talked about my order never arriving in a video entitled "Ordered a Polterpod from Paranologies 2 years ago, it never arrived". In a response a viewer told me they ordered a Polterpod recently (In the past few weeks) They said it arrived. ****** ***** has made multiple Polterpods since the time of my order, April 6th 2020, yet refuses for unknown reasons to ship out my order. At this point I am 100% confident, he has stolen my money, he is the type of person that doesn't care about theft, doesn't care about human beings in general. This item not arriving has caused a great deal of distress for me. At this point I don't think I could forgive ****** ***** until he ships out my item within the next 24 hours, or fully refunds me my $235.00 within the next 24 hours. Short of that and I will not forgive this thief who has stolen my time, my money, and more.

      We ordered from this company 2 years ago , still to this day we have no product!!!! We paid 200.00 dollars for a product he never made or shipped. He has made promises to fill those orders but nothing 2 years later. He claims he lost all orders and order numbers and won't sell to new customers until old orders are filled l. He is a scam !!!! He takes your money and never sends you product !!!!! Why has no one shut him down ! How is he allowed to get away with this!

      This is a complaint about a business called Paranologies Which is a small business that manufactures and sells ghost hunting equipment for people who like to use these different products for paranormal investigations. He has a website that he sells all these products on @ paranologies.com. I purchased from his website the Poltercom Pico for $149.00 in April of 2020 order ****** On the website it said it would take up 6 weeks for him to complete and ship my order. After going passed the 6 week mark I still hadn't received my order or an email from him saying my order was ready to be shipped so I started sending him emails asking for the status of my order. Jay at paranologies replied back with a couple excuses about why it was delayed and said he would try to get it done as quickly as possible. Another month then couple more months goes by and nothing. And just ignores all my emails. A year later he responds to my most recent email demanding my money back if not, then give me what I paid for. He refused a refund and said it's because he already spent the money buying the parts for my device and he just has to put it together. Another couple weeks and more giving me the run around and different excuses and blaming Covid for the delay. Said he was currently running about 2 years behind on all of his orders but still intends to fulfill all orders. His website is still up and running , still selling products and still accepting peoples money. He has ripped off thousands and thousands of peoples money by taking money and running. He has purchased hotels in the 3 years he's been ripping people off and ignores anyone who tries to contact him on all social media platforms after they got ignored through email. He will never stop because nothing is being done about it To stop him! He should not be allowed to have a business license while stealing peoples hard earned money. It's been over three years since i made that purchase that I haven't receive and there is NO EXCUSE!

      I ordered $200+ worth of equipment in February 2022 from Paranologies LLC. My credit card statement showed billing under a different company name, some hotel that the owner of Parananologies LLC owns. In communicating with seller by email, he was non committal about delivery times and quite rude about it. It's been about 2 months and I have not received my order nor have I received any communication from the seller. Seller says no refunds and his blog directs you to seek reimbursement from your credit card company.
