    The service works ok but my problem is with cancellation. I havent had services for almost 2 years but the owner keeps adding me to the schedule. *** asked several times to be removed and had to tell them day-of not to show up at my house. Most recently the technician let me know its not an automated schedule, the owner does it purposely hoping to charge for the services anyway. There were over $800 in charges on my account for days that I had to cancel because they keep adding me to the schedule despite my requests to stop. The owner is also apparently not paying the techs their full paychecks when cancellations are on the schedule for the week.
