On 02.08.2023, I noticed my vehicle was towed from my apartment complex, Veranda Apartments. Third Coast Recovery released the vehicle to me when I provided proof of insurance for the vehicle, my driver's license, and paid towing fee of $206.69. I requested from personnel a copy of the notice sent by certified mail to the vehicle's registered address. Personnel declined to provide copies. Late on I emailed requesting the tracking number of the Certified Mail Receipt. On 02.13.2023, personnel declined to give a tracking number to me but will give a tracking number to the registered owner. The registered owner is my sister, ******************************** aka **************************. My sister is a new mother of two under 1-year-old. She is unable to drive two hours away to request the tracking number that should be provided to the person in the position of the vehicle and paid towing fees. Third Coast Recovery did not give an alternative to verify if certified mail was delivered. We did not receive notice by mail or certified mail that is required to be sent before the vehicle is towed by law. Make: ****** Model: Rav4
