I purchased a 2019 ****** Rogue in Aug 2023. I paid cash but purchased the extended warranty. I have sold this car in beginning of May 2024. Which I have reached out through phone and email (6 times) with reassurance that my warranty is being cancelled. I am still getting pass due notices from Paylink who is the company responsible for my warrenty payments. I don't know what more I can do at this point. I understand they will owe money to me due to cancelling warrenty early. So if they aren't cancelling it because of that, it's very poor customer service. I just wish I knew about them wiping their hands clean of you before I referred my daughter to them for her jeep purchase. Shame on them. ******* keeps directing me to them to cancel. How? If no one at *************** Corpus Christi will follow through?

October 2021, I bought my 91-year-old father a vehicle from AutoNation in CC. 2011 ******* $15k! 4K down and making payments. Vehicle had 98K miles on it .. had it for 18 months, driven only 4k miles and the transmission went completely out. I did not buy the warranty. Figured it was a reputable dealership. WRONG! Makes me sick to my stomach every time I think about it. Yes, partly my fault for not buying the warranty. But I trusted AutoNation, never again! hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The vehicle I purchased broke down after only 5 months. The transmission, differential, and heater. Its been in the shop for 2 months already and I am still waiting. They lack customer service. Never call with an update when they say they will. They keep ordering faulty parts from the same supplier making me wait longer on getting it repaired. I really wish I would had gone elsewhere in purchasing a vehicle. I asked to exchange the vehicle and they want a trade in and offer ****** less than what I literally purchased it for 5 months ago.

Worst car buying experience ever. The second day I had my car the shifter wouldnt register my car in park. I took it in to be fixed and to also have my we owe fulfilled. This included fixing the big deep scratches and getting my busted windshield (sold to me like this) replaced as well. I had to be dropped off at work so here I am without a car. Finally I got a rental approved that was just as bad. The rentals check engine light was on and it has major electrical problems and front end damage. A couple weeks go by and I got to pick up my car. The shifter was fixed but the windshield was still busted. To make matters worse, my suv had more scratches coming out of that place than it did coming in! And some genius decided it would be a good idea to buff the crud out of the black trim. ALL the black trim had white spots where they had really dug into it. They even buffed the c*** out of the letters, making them look awful. So now I have my less than dream suv with messed up trim, deep scratches; and now the check engine light is coding for evaporation in my fuel system. Fml. Buyer beware. This place is truly trash.

We bought a 2015 ****** Prius from Autonation on 2/28/22 The salesperson said that we should be receiving the tags and an inspection sticker in about two weeks. Three weeks later, we received the title, but no tag or inspection sticker. We waited until the temporary tag expired. On 4/26/22 Called AutoNation several different times.Kept getting bumped to several departments without any resolution. Also left messages on the answering machine of the salesperson. None of the calls were ever returned. We are going to get the car inspected and buy tags from DMV because Autonation dropped the ball on this one. A big disappointment for us :-(
