    I am writing to formally address several issues I encountered during my tenancy at Cranes Landing Apartments. My name is *****************************, and I was a tenant of Apartment 144 from January 2020 to June 30, 2022.During our stay, we faced multiple challenges, including unprofessional behavior from the former apartment manager, *********, and overall disorganization within the complex. After moving out, the management sent my account to collections, alleging both ridiculous charges and a broken lease. However, our lease was never broken. We signed a year lease on January 29, 2021, which expired on January 31, 2022. Subsequently, we transitioned to a month-to-month agreement. *********************, who was no longer part of the lease, was incorrectly associated with the broken lease.I am disputing these false accusations and the inclusion of incorrect individuals in the claim. Given the consistent disorganization and unprofessionalism we experienced, I question the validity of any allegations against me.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
