    When I moved in in 2020, my 2nd floor balcony fence was rotting out, it was documented in my paperwork. Since the 8th of this month I put in a work order that they cancelled in regards to my sink not draining (pic attached) I discovered this issue on the 5th of this month when I accidentally used that side of my kitchen sink. One of my burners does not work, they have marked my work orders as complete despite that no one ever came by to work on it. The plumbing pipes have broken multiple times and they refuse to do much more then to repair the issue that *** take up to 4 days to fix, and blame the breaks on the city or things being flushed that shouldn't have been. It's happened multiple times in one month, I've attached all screenshots of messages they've sent regarding the plumbing breaks since 6/2022, and for the entire year so far there have been more breaks than in the entirety of me living here and they want to charge me more than my normal rent when they have not fixed anything in my unit for the past month or so despite my work orders and begging Maintenance or the office to get things done. The only reason they completed my lock change was because I gave them a police case number as my ex roommate was threatening me and my *** (shes a service dog in training). They haven't completed any work orders in my unit since 6/20/2022 and some of my issues were assured to be taken care of when I moved in two years ago, and they have not, I'm scared to use my balcony area as I do not feel safe using it.
