I sent my bill for review on April 2. Received an email for a pin number which I responded right away. No response for 2 days sent another email to *** with pin a couple of days later, no response. A week later another email from same ***, requesting the pin, responded back immediately. Now its April 17, the *** called me asking for the pin. I asked to cancel and take my info off their website. So in my opinon their service STINKS!! It has no service....

I've been a happy BillCutterz customer for 4.5 years. I have not been blessed with negotiating skills, so BillCutterz is a godsend. They alert me to promotions on our mobile, internet and satellite bills and then go to work negotiating. Very easy to work with. Only wish they could negotiate utility and medical bills, too. Tried working with Trim to negotiate a medical bill-- I ended up paying it off before they got back to me, and it didn't save us anything. I've recommend BillCutterz to everyone I know trying to save money.BillCutterz

I love this service. I've been a customer since 2016 and they have repeatedly saved me money on internet service, home security, pest service, and more. Another great feature is they contact you again when the savings they previously got you is about to expire. This way they get you on another great rate right away.BillCutterz

I've used BillCutterz since 2015 after a coworker recommended them. I've been very impressed with their services and appreciate the convenience. In my gut, I know I can be saving more money than I normally pay for things but finding the time to haggle with various agencies has always been a struggle. Not to mention the fact that those negotiations may not work out, which would be a waste of my time. BillCutterz taking that on for me, and only charging me when they are successful, makes a ton of sense.BillCutterz

We appreciate your review and sentiment. Yes, of course there are several other negotiation services available, however, they will likely not save you as much on your monthly bills as we did/would. We have been saving people money on their monthly bills since 2009.
We saved you a total of $670.00 on your monthly bills. After our fees, we put $368.50 right back in your pocket with little to no effort on your part (we simply split the savings with you...no savings, no charge whatsoever). We also provide a 10% discount for payment in full, which you took advantage of. I would be happy with that every day and am sorry you are not.Thanks for the opportunity to save money on your monthly bills
