  I got to Mr. ********************** through a contractor I have used on several projects. Mr. ********************** was quick to come out and give us a quote and then finished the project in less than a week from the date of the quote. He not only gave us what we asked for, he offered us solutions to some issues we were having with moving water away from our foundation. He was very professional, very communicative and his workers were clean and quick! Very competitive price and quick turn around on a slab for our swim spa, a replaced sidewalk, added to an existing back porch and poured a new back porch. Mr. ********************** is a real concrete guy that knows what he's doing. I have already given his number to many neighbors and would highly recommend.

  Simms Construction installed a driveway, poured over an existing sidewalk and front porch to add height and even out the area. So far, there are four hairline cracks, one running the width of sidewalk and the other three on the driveway. Yes, I watered the cement everyday for 10 days, and when I noticed the cracks appearing I started watering again. The existing sidewalk was 60 plus years old and didn't start cracking until about two years ago. Very disappointing this has already started, I knew cracks would form eventually, but within the first two weeks! He also put in fill dirt in low areas of the yard which has helped lessen the standing water. Rain gutters were also installed, which will need to be redone since they are totally useless. I do appreciate that the contractor asked if there were issues with drainage, none of the other contractors did. He also showed up for the concrete work when he said he would, that is also something else I appreciated.

  Mr. ********************** and his entire team are very professional, respectful, and are experts at their jobs. Simm's Construction provides very reasonable quotes, and provides excellent service. They are fast and clean while still providing top quality work.

  Needed a patio, and Simms Construction came out and gave ** a very competitive bid. What sold me however, is that *** didn't talk about cement, he talked about drainage. The other companies who gave ** bids only talked about the cement. That difference is why I hired Simms Construction.

  Contacted multiple companies with no response. Then visited the BBB website and contacted Simms Construction and Mr. ********************** visited ** that afternoon on a patio with sidewalk His company completed the work in three days and corrected any issues before pouring the concrete. They did a wonderful job that we will have years of enjoyment. We loved working with the owner and his team. We would highly recommend this company!
