    My husband b**ked a vacati*n f*r *ur granddaughter at the Holiday Inn. In Corpus christi *****. We e requested a water view. We were t*ld (fr*nt desk manager) that the h*tel *nly had ONE r**m left with the view. We accepted the r**m. The f*ll*wing m*rning we requested r**m service ty * clean the bathr**m, bathtub dirty, and vacuum the fl**r dirty & we requested clean t*wels. ( we called three separate times )... n* service....We n*ticed n* *ther guest *n the entire Fl**r.. in fact a few guest in the l*bby. We checked *ut early and left the h*tel. I l er ft a message with the fr*nt desk requesting a call fr*m Management ; as well sent an email requesting c*ntact. N* resp*nse.I am requesting y*ur assistance with this matter.

    My experience staying at the Holiday Inn, 707 Northshore Blvd. Corpus Christi ***** was outrage, disbelief, and insult. I booked a room for vacation for my granddaughter, to hangout at the beach before returning back to school. We arrived and we are told parking fee (***** nightly) mandatory at the hotel? I advised I did not need parking accommodations? After 10 minutes, going back and forth, the ***** was removed from the account. I returned to the front enter get my luggage; while walking down the steps of the front parking, to get my luggage, my shoes slipped due to water on the stairs, dripping from the ceiling of the building. I kput on my ankle brace and went to my room. I advised the front desk supervisor of the incident. The next day water still dripping. The next day I requested room service. No service provided-request ignored. The room had roaches and sand in the carpet. ( Mold in the ceiling mold spots). we were locked out of our room for 30 minutes because the keys did not work? I requested contact from the general manager No contact; I left a long message with the front desk regarding my hotel stay-prepaid; i expected a clean, comfort stay, with professional and respectful staff. This did not happen. This location or management does not care about their guest. I am still in disbelief that they are " displaying the "Holiday Inn" log with the condition of the hotel and staff. I have photos of the problems and issues related to my stay. We did not get the service or accommodations that we paid for/breach of contract. I am requesting that the executive office for Holiday Inn contact me regarding my stay.
