1st=Business was unable to find my File.2nd=Left my Driver door open causing rain damage. 3rd= unethically charged for services never rendered.Incorrectly overcharged on their posted price.

#1 Customer is correct about the filing, my admin filed it with the vehicles that went to the city impound, this doesn't affect the cost fikle was found within 5 minutes #2 As per TDLR we secure windows and doors its her word that the door was open, im stating it was closed. #3 all charges on the reciept are *** charges authorized by City Ordinance for towing Chapter 57, Article V, SECTION 57-249.
The customer came in and started with an angry attitude. My driver failed to take photos of the accident but she said she did I ask to see then she showed them to me and it was what my driver explained, her vehicle climbed on top of the other vehicle and needed special winching to seperate them. I did include pictures of the other vehicle for reference. She stated that she drove her vehicle off, that was false. The attached photos gives a reference of the severity of the accident, her vehicle was on top of the hood of the vehicle in the picture.
