      In or about October 2021, we ordered (through Wayfair/Corsicana Mattress) and believed we received a full-size mattress upon delivery, but it was a twin-size mattress instead. The box was labeled incorrectly as full vs "twin" and it was shipped in error. This error falls on Corsicana. After reaching out to Corsicana Mattress customer service, then warranty we emailed photos (law tag, mattress and box) as requested by *****************************. We were told in an email from ***************************** that she was going to enter an order and ship a full-size mattress replacement. This replacement is for our sons room. Weve reached out via email and phone for any updates on the replacement with no response. The *** is CS365227174. To resolve this issue, we are expecting a Full-Size Mattress of the same value or above of our original purchase, expedited and ETA given.

      Hi there, I'm filing a complaint because I recently filed a claim to replace my defective mattress under warranty. Whenever I placed the claim under my store, they said I could come into the store to pick out a mattress of similar quality that I liked; however, I had moved from the area and was no longer local, meaning I'd have to go directly through the warranty manufacturing company (Corsicana Bedding). I was given the email, ******************************************************** After filing a claim, they told me my mattress qualified and that they'd be sending out a replacement. They gave no further details. After receiving the mattress from a random delivery store, the delivery store mentioned they did random favors for Corsicana but they didn't know anything about the mattress. I paid them $70 to deliver my mattress. Upon getting the mattress, I saw it was very different from my current one. For example, mine is a 12' pillow top, the one they provided is a Euro top. Mine is very soft, the one they provided is very firm. I didn't take it out of the packaging, because I wanted to get a different one. I don't like the one they sent and thought it would be rather easy to get one I do since I'll be sleeping on it every night and I did pay for the warranty. When I contacted the company, the woman was apathetic. She said there was absolutely nothing she could do for me, she didn't care that I didn't like it, and I should just "give it a try." She said I could sell it if I wanted, it didn't matter to her. I asked if there was any possible solution or help she could give, and she said no. I asked to file a complaint and she gave me the same email address I was given to make a claim for replacement in the first place. With no surprise, they have not responded to my email. I truly believe this is wrong since I have paid for the warranty and would love to get a mattress I love. Is there anything your team can do to help me move forward and reach a solution?

      i bought a king size bed from farmers furniture I have had this bed a few years the bed started sagging farmers sent out a person to take pictures the man come 2 weeks later took pictures the woman at farmers turned the paperwork into Corsicana bedding I was informed they was going to cover the bed then I got a call saying they wasn't they said pictures of the bed that they wasn't going to cover the bed because it has stains on the bed the bed had no stains on the bed . I have had a mattress protector on the bed from ls linen store and this cover zips around the whole mattress this in a 10 year non prorated mattress

      The cover after you wash and dry doesnt go back on it shrunk. Inside the mattress looks weird says they offer a ten year warranty but you have to jump through hoops to get it. I just want to get a replacement On the mattress or credit for a new one. I misplaced my receipt its the renue copper bedding bought it a few years ago but its already coming apart. Itchy skin/little conserned if the mattress is made of fiberglass or what kind of material is in it. I have a 4 year old he sleeps in the middle every night I just want something safe. If a manager can honor a replacement or credit for a new one thats safe, to pick this up or pitch it. Its not comfortable anymore either sinking in, we havent had it that long. We spent a lot to not have it last that long.

      I purchased My mattress from Wayfair and Corsicana is the manufacturer whom Wayfair told me is responsible for the 10 year warranty. I have Called them 3x and each time they tell me that Wayfair needs to honor the warranty as long as they are in business and Wayfair keeps telling me no

      All of our suppliers, as long as they are still in business and still do business with us do handle all warranty related issues.  As a manufacturer we are not to deal with the dealers customer.  If wayfaur customer service is stating to contact us consumer needs to ask to speak with a supervisor.

      I am rejecting this response because:they told me on the phone that I couldn't Submit a claim and now after I file This they give me a 4 page document to complete with 20 pictures required. This is absolutely absurd, I would Never have purchased a mattress that had thus many requirements. Cant they send a claim adjuster to check it? My husband had 2 back surgeries- I cant Remove the mattress off the foundation - it is king sized abd I paid to have it carried up steps. The room is small and only fits a bed and dresser - how can I remove the mattress myself and put it where??

      Purchased a mattress through American Freight Furniture on June 2021, with in 2 months of buying it it started sagging , and the sides bending . I submitted a warranty claim on October 6th ,with pictures , and was told to wait 60 days from the date.Today (12/21) I called American Freight , and was told that Corsicana need me to resubmit the claim again but with more pics ( even tho I sent them some of the ones I submitted today) , and wait for another 60 days . They made no attempt in the last 70 days to update me or request anything to support my claim.Corsicana's lack of communication for over 60 days after the initial claim, appears to be an attempt to not honor their warranty At this point , this mattress has become a health hazard since is causing me back pain, headaches , and join discomfort forcing me to go and buy another one from a more reputable company that stands by their guarantee .

      I am not sure why anyone would be requesting a warranty packet on this mattress.  American Freight is still in business and still does business with us so we would not be requesting a warranty packet.  Customer will need to reach out to American Freight for any warranty or refund on this mattress.

      yes i bought one of there mattress being of 2021 abnd it now oct 25 2021 and the mattress is starting to sag and now they are saying that they will not cover the warranty as it was bought though aarons and arrons says its not there job to cover the warranty as it is bought and paid for so i want my mattress fixed as its under warranty

      Per our Warranty policy as long as the Retailer is still in business and still does business with us,  they will handle any and all warranties.  The Consumer will need to reach back out to Aarons for their warranty.
