We noticed a crack on the side of our house and wanted a professional opinion, so we reached out to Levezone Foundation Repair. Oscar, their estimator, came out quickly and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the area and explained that there was no cause for concern. He walked us through how the clay soil under our house shifts during the dry months, which can cause minor cracks without indicating structural damage. This explanation gave us peace of mind, and I was thrilled to hear that there was no need for costly repairs. What truly stood out was how responsive and prompt Oscar was. We called two other companies, but they couldn’t make it out for at least two weeks. Oscar, however, was there within the week, ready to help. His professionalism and expertise made this experience a positive one, and I’d recommend Oscar and Levezone Foundation Repair to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. Wow! Thank you to Oscar and his team for such a great experience. You guys knocked it out of the park. My house is level (quickly I might add), you left my yard in better shape than you found it (thank you for making me a new flower bed with the extra dirt), all for a price that I thought was extremely reasonable. The documentation is amazing and shows me exactly what I could expect. I would not recommend anyone else!Review from Mark M

Great business. Very fast, efficient, on time.. We were concerned about needing a foundation repair. Called Oscar at Level Zone, he was very nice, professional and on time.. he took his time to look over everything, including level tests, and found that it was just cosmetic issues.. he didnt try to sell us anything, and put our worries to rest. We needed someone to come out on a short notice and Oscar was able to come out within a few days. He was very prompt and courteous. His measurements were very thorough and he concluded no repairs needed. Oscar answered all our questions and we would highly recommend LevelZone Foundation Repair.
