    I could write a novel on how sad the experience using them has been. LONG story short, find another company to use. They didn’t clean up the area 2 times as promised, their plumber didn’t install the salt water system and project manager didn’t notice many issues. Lack of communication is the main issue for this group. The salt system itself was left sitting next to the pool equipment not attached at all. 8 months later (as of this posting date) the salt water system has still not been installed and has cost us hundreds of dollars extra to keep the pool at the levels it should be. These extra chemicals wouldn’t be needed if the salt system was installed. They didn’t even realize they haven’t finished our job until they saw we owed a final payment. We’re more than happy to pay the final bill when our pool is completed and promised per the contract. There was an issue with the concrete company they used. They left with major cracks formed immediately after they were done. Bolin did address the issue however it took additional weeks for them to argue with the original company. The crews are hard working but extremely dirty. Leaving the entire yard not able to be used the entire time of the project. The left so much garbage and material that was unsafe and a mess. It was hard even letting our dogs out let alone our children to play in our yard. Yes construction is always a mess but leaving safety hazards all around was to much. I’ve waited 8 months to post this hoping and praying they would complete the job per the simple contract we all agreed to in May 2022.
