I paid $98 on February 8, 2023, $250 on February 16, 2023 and $750 on February 17, 2023 for March's rent. My account shows that I owe $46 and some change, so I called the office to ask how I owed money if I already paid my balance. I called the office to talk to the manager ****** for an explanation of charges when I clearly ******************* (over the phone) unprofessionally saying "If she could just pay when it's actually due instead of ahead of time it wouldn't be so confusing." Regardless of how it's paid, it's always paid when it's due so there should be no issue. ****** then explained that the billing cycles run 2 months behind. But when I asked what month of rent the payment of $98 went towards, ****** said it was for ******* and **** said it was for February. Which one is it? I then asked if utilities and rent were charged on separate days, ****** answered yes but she sounded unsure. I ultimately got tired of them lying and being unknowledgeable, so I simply said I understood and continued my day. However, I'm trying to make partial payments (without flex just as I've been doing since I moved here in February 2020) and I am not able to. The only other time I had this problem was when they failed to send me a lease on time (while lying and said they did), so they put me on a month to month lease, resulting in full payment being the only option to pay. I'm not sure if they're trying to cover up mistakes they made or if there is fraudulent activity taking place in the rent office, but there is ALWAYS an issue with the office. I've been paying my rent ahead of time, biweekly with no problems for 3 years *************** has never told me that I can't submit payments this way. Every time I call the office and ask for explanation of charges I have to call several times and ****** is either "not there until 11", on lunch, or at the bank, or some made up excuse. This is the third time they've changed managers and it's not getting any better.

1X-XX-XXXX I submitted a request asking maintenance to fix cracks in my ceilings and along the bases of my walls. A few months later, the cracks started to redevelop. On 5/16/2022 I received an email from the apartments stating that a company was coming out to make repairs to the foundation (they worked on the outside only.) on 8/04/2022 I spoke to the previous Manager, Lisa Marie, letting her know that I still had visible cracks in my walls, and ceiling. She explained that the foundation repairs should fix it, so maintenance came out (once again) and poorly patched the cracks with caulk. Today 02/03/2023 the same cracks that maintenance "fixed" are still here. I live on the first floor, there are indications in my ceiling showing where it is heavy and I am afraid my apartment will collapse.

Apartments have placed me on a month to month lease because they failed to email me a lease renewal form in time and are trying to make me pay extra for it. Around mid October, the Management office sent out a yellow slip asking if I would be renewing my lease. I checked the mark next to the space indicating that I wanted to renew my lease for another year at $950 per month. I turned the slip in directly to a lady in the office late October. I cannot remember the exact day. February 2nd, I called the rent office asking them to explain why I had a balance due after I paid $950 on January 22nd (for February's rent). Alicia explained it was because I was placed on a month to month lease because I never renewed my lease. I then explained to her that they never sent me another lease to renew, she proceeded to lie and said they did. She advised me to pay $100 because that amount was part of what I actually owed on the rent. She then told me that I would hear back from her on Monday. They sent a lease for me to sign on 02/03/23, and I signed it. However I still show a balance of $250 on my account that I am not responsible for. It is the office's responsibility to send out lease renewals. This will be my third year at the complex and I have never paid my rent late. Ever. Also, I have filed multiple complaints against this complex for very similar reasons. Last year when it was time to renew the lease, they lied about the monthly amount I was supposed to pay for rent and tried to cover it up by saying it was the "adjusted market value"
