    If I could leave 0 starts I would. I was treated so unfairly by the regional manager and staff at **** Creek and ********************. I placed multiple complaints about rat issues in the trash room, in the hallway crawl space, and running within my walls and ceiling. They did everything in their power to not admit to the issue including to intimidate me from posting things on social media and using my freedom of speech. I submitted a medical clearance from my doctor about the health issues this was causing me and no one felt any compassion for the situation. The worst part is they know they have a rat issue and not until I complained about it and other neighbors did too, did they try covering it up. Do not move there! They do not care about their residents at all and used this situation to get the maximum amount of money out of me for breaking my lease! As if anyone would want to stay knowing the rats could get in at any time. Absolutely absurd!

    DON'T MOVE HERE *********************** Maintenance A/C Issues and Water Damage:On the 2nd day of my lease, the A/C unit was "repaired" but caused a significant water leak due to an improper repair. Maintenance used electrical tape to fix a condensation drain pipe, leading to ***** hours of continuous water leakage while I was away on a work trip. Upon returning on 09/20/2024, I found water under the floors, damaging the floorboards and soaking my moving boxes. Maintenance came by at 11:30 PM to vacuum water, but asked me to turn off the A/C, making the apartment uninhabitable in ****** heat.Inadequate Maintenance Response:23 Days into the lease, the floors are still not fixed from the water damage. I repeatedly asked for a resolution, but management and maintenance have failed to provide adequate fixes. No clear timeline for repairs has been given, and I have been left to live in substandard conditions.Denial of Rent Abatement and Transfer Issues:After discussing these problems with management, they denied my request for rent abatement despite the clear failure to address habitability issues. I was offered the option to transfer to a different unit within the same building, but I was told that all moving costs would be my responsibility. Given that this would be the second move within one month, I indicated that if I had to cover moving costs myself, I would move to a new community entirely.Eviction Notice:I paid my rent through 10/16/2024, as advised by ******* *****, in order to remain in compliance with my lease. However, on 10/08/2024, I received an eviction notice taped to my door. This eviction notice came despite my ongoing efforts to resolve the situation and my payment through mid-October.I have kept a thorough record of all communications, including photos and videos of the damage and emails to Mill Creek staff. Despite my best efforts to address the situation amicably, the management has not responded with the urgency or effectiveness needed.
