    On January 24th I awoke to a flooded bathroom. I subsequently put in a maintenance request on 1/25 at about 630 am once the office opened I called to advise of the flood. They stated someone would be out soon. Arrived home that night to the bathroom still not fixed. Put in additional request. This issue still to date has not been resolved and it has been 6 days. As of yesterday at 450 pm I went online to discover my request was closed and they stated they had no access to premises. Not only did they not reach out to advise that all of a sudden they no longer have a key to the residence when I called to inquire what was going on the lady had a nasty attitude and claims they do not have a truck to make a key to enter and fix my leaking bathroom that has been leaking for 5 days and has water just sitting

    Work Order # ****** was created on 1/25 and it was determined that the toilet supply line was damaged. This was fixed by our maintenance technician ******************************** on the same day. Then, Work Order # ****** was created by the resident on 1/29/24. On 1/30/24, we attempted to enter the unit three times, but could not as the resident had changed the lock. We requested that the resident visit the office to provide us with a key so we may have access to the unit (our property).We will continue to offer our services to the resident and will move forward with changing the locks and providing her with a key for her own access moving forward.

    On May 30,2023 I returned from a night out with my neighbors and someone had broken into my window. The same time that I was waiting for police a few steps away that were attending a neighbors house and when they were outside a person got killed in a shooting right in front of our building so the police ran out to the scene where the man was lying dead. The night of this I had made the work order for my window and the glass was knocked out completely and it was no longer on the frame. The first thing I did in the morning was called the police and the office manager for a replacement for the window the police said that they would be out by the afternoon and that I should secure the room where the burglar entered but I could fix the window if I took pictures of it. So I was just waiting for the maintenance to come. When the maintenance came I explained this to him but he said security told him not to do it until I got a police officer to go through the scene. So later the police came and I was calling maintenance by his personal phone number and he never answered and ignored me when he passed by. I had actually just got a new job a week before and I had to call off because my window wasn't fixed. So the next morning I called the office manager again and told them that I have been waiting with a police report and I needed to go to work and get my window fixed. They were evicting people and told me to wait until they were free. I waited for them until they got to my window and went to work late. When I got to work I told my employer that I couldn't work overtime because I had to monitor my apartment because I felt uncomfortable because it was a murder in front of my apartment and I felt . I had got a new job and it wasn't going to open up until July 12th because it was a new facility. On July 3rd I paid all but 289,00 for my rent and on July 21,2023 I attempted to pay and explain my situation to the office manager and she said I was being evicted for 2weeks late rent.

    I have made a few maintenance request on my rent portal and also calling the after hours emergency maintenance my ac pipes busted on June 14 and the air has not worked since than. It's currently over 90 degrees in my apartment. When I called the told me it was not considered an emergency and there are other people ahead of me. I took off of work today to go to the office and the manager said she would send someone out today. Maintenance came today and told me the compressor was broken and the motor fan isn't working. Not even five min later he told me they weren't going to fix it today because it's a holiday and they are suppose to be hom with their family. He than offered to let me use a window unit until they can fix it but they never dropped it off I can't breathe well in here my dog can't breathe well in here I bought 5 fans and they don't seem to work because it's nothing but hot air blowing out. I really just need help. Please can someone help me be comfortable in my home that I pay bills in.

    Good afternoon,

     

    Please review our response to complaint number 20207834.  The air conditioner issue occurred on Memorial Day.  Since this was a holiday, we were unable to order and receive the necessary parts to complete the repair.  The parts were ordered and received the very next day and the repair was completed.  The air conditioner has been working correctly since this day.  Also, in regard to the window ac unit, the resident was offered this temporary solution and declined due to her concern for the increase in her electric bill.
