    Since i have lived in these apartments in the past three months we have had over 20 water shut offs and or no access to hot water at all. This is due to leaks or the boiler being broken. My water and gas bill has gone up fifty dollars every month since living here and i live alone and our apartments collect our money each month based on "allocation." Residents have bugs in the apartments and they charge us for pest control and said they will spray the apartments and failed to ever enter the apartments to do so. Since moving in i had "brand new" appliances which my refrigerator broke and they took two weeks to replace it after i had to put so many work orders. Now my oven is broken they kept deleting my work orders then lied and said they combined them. I put in over five work orders and they only gathered two together. They claimed I threatened them when i asked "why do i have to chase you down to do your job, i will make sure you do" and they said i was in violation of my lease.Are they not in violation of the lease by not giving us access to water for many days out of the week and when we do have water it is only cold water? I also believe they charge us more because of the damages their water system and boiler has. Also they fail to promptly repair appliances or notify you when they will be entering your premise. They bang on your windows and doors and will even just walk into your house without knocking. They have no respect for the fact that you pay money here and they act like you have to settle for these circumstances.... How can i ********* in this situation? I am only 21 years old and i feel as though they are abusing me.Attached are only the notices. These aren't even all of the times like currently, how i am without hot water in my home for three days already now....

    We have tried on numerous of times to work with Ms. ****** ************************** has submitted her request between 2-4 on Sunday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. We do not work on Sundays; however, Resident was called multiple times during scheduled dates, Tuesday or Wednesday from 2pm-4pm. There was no answer from both numbers. Resident continues to make personnel notes but have not answered her phone nor maintenance responses on dates 1/10-1/12/23. Attached, is evidence that all water issues have been effectively resolved for the entire property as we do consider this as high importance. We always informed the residents of such water shut offs due to emergencies, so they are prepared, and aware as broken pipes and boilers as this is sometimes a major concern especially during the winter months here in ****** Moreover, **************************, language is very abrasive and aggressive toward staff as this is not permittable per TAA Lease and shows a lack of moral character, she continues to make service request that are not work order related and more personal defamations and/or opinions. Nevertheless, we would love to complete ALL of ************************** issues and concerns, but we can never reach her via phone numbers she has provided or when maintenance comes during her scheduled times. If ************************** can work with us, we will be happy to resolve her service requests efficiently and effectively.

    This is incorrect information which i shouldnt have to deal with. I submitted over five work orders in January. In previous months i had to continue to submit work orders and it took over two weeks for me to have a working refrigerator. Now the oven is broken. I refuse to deal with this unprofessional establishment they change owners like underwear and these managers seem to think they are so much better when they arent. They're equally bad. They claim to do pest control on 1/13 no one enters apartments. They claim all water issues are fixed, its below freezing weather outside and the past two days i have had no hot water. This company will continue to lie and just play games thats why i will just stop trying because all these people will do is act like apparently everything is all my fault and none of theirs. Hmmmmm. Peculiar. Haha. Oh well. Bye
