    I been complaining about my ac unit for months now and they still havent fixed the problem.

    On 3/28/23, I and my wife found mold in our apartment due to extreme amounts of negligence coming from this community. We ended up having to leave with our newborn son after finally piecing together the massive amounts of water coming from the floor and leaks from the sink which had exposed the foundation to the surface was no longer any joke. From January to March, we had to take myself, my wife, and my son, to the doctor several times to figure out why we couldn't breathe and why we were all coughing and getting sick so much, but once we finally put the puzzle together we had finally found the culprit. We had put in numerous work orders naming these leaks and constant water permeating through the wood on our floors and with the number of work orders we put in that ever solved the issue, the staff started ignoring our calls, taking their time with starting our work orders, and even started hazing my wife asking her when she simply is taking out the trash and passing an employee "Hey ******* do you have another complain today?" and laughs. This has been a terrible environment, so much so that we were let off of our lease early and reimbursed the base rent of a month we were accidentally charged for which leaves me with mountains of dollars spent on health care for my son, days of work missed many of times due to black mold sickness and becoming homeless, sending money on moving equipment, and having to relocate unexpectedly due to the unsanitary environment provided by Versailles and caused by a leak that has been confirmed to have to be fixed by ripping apart walls and all of the floors! As I said, yes we were reimbursed our amount that was accidentally charged and I am grateful for that, but that doesn't account for the amount of trouble and issues this has caused for my family and hopefully not my son forever. He was only weeks old when he started breathing black mold, so now we have to give him asthma screenings! I would appreciate some compensation for my loss.
