      I suppose I can't rate them at zero stars, or I would. I have an extended warranty through ***** for my refrigerator. I contacted the ****** Service Advantage folks to who set me up with this appliance repair company. ****** told me they would be out Friday. *** (I think I spelled that correctly) called to tell me they didn't have any availability on Friday. No harm - no foul. They called, and I can work with that as ****** may not exactly know the schedule of the company. *** set me up for Monday from 8-12. I made arrangements at work to take half the day off only to receive a call from *** telling me the technician had an emergency and couldn't come to work. He rescheduled me for Friday from 12-5. I was really trying to be understanding as I understand things happen. Friday at 430pm, I call to get the technician status only to be told I was scheduled for Monday. No, it was Friday. As *** looked at the notes in his system he said Oooohhhhh. It was clear he made a mistake. I asked if, since they dropped the ball twice now, if I could be the first call Tuesday morning - the next available day for me. He said he would ask the tech and the tech said no. Get that? The tech calls the shots, not the boss. I asked to speak to ***, the owner. *** had just left for the day. He took my info and said *** would call me Monday. He never did. I called Monday afternoon to speak with *** after I got off from work. After I was on hold for about 40 minutes *** informed me my call had been canceled. Canceled!!!! They didn't call or text - just canceled. I asked why to which he said they wouldn't guarantee that someone could be the first call of the day. I did appliance repair for 15 years, and when you as a company s**** up - especially two times, you have to please the customer. ********************** doesn't seem to care. Just so you know, *** NEVER CALLED ME TO DISCUSS THIS. HE JUST CANCELED THE CALL!!!!!

      First impression very unfriendly. Second impression unthruthful. Speed Queen sent them out to look at why my machine started leaking from the soap dispenser. ******* immediately wanted it to be the laundry soap I was using. When I told him Ive been using the laundry soap the whole time and it just started doing this a 3 weeks ago he said he would contact **************** support and see what they said. He called me later and said they said it is the soap and to just not use the drawer. I contacted Speed Queen and that was not what they told him to do. They told him to add a water pressure regulator. They emailed him to check the status and he emailed back the customer is using the wrong soap and he wasnt going to install a pressure regulator because the customer wants to use the wrong soap. While he was here I showed him the soap was HE soap. He ran soap in the washer without any clothes so it had a lot of suds in the tub. I told him when there are clothes in it there arent that many suds. So Speed Queen will send out a different repair company. But if you are hiring this company directly, just know they have no problem lying to you.
