    May 2021 , I contactd ***** for an estimate on my truck . He came to my house and after inspecting my truck he provided me with a quote of $6000 for body work and a paint job. On May 20th, 2021, he had my truck towed to his shop(********************************************************************). I gave an initial payment of $3000 (which I have a physical receipt for) to have work started . After a couple months I decided to reach out for a status on the job. ***** stated at the time he was short staffed due to Covid, however he did state production had begun at the time . Skip forward to 2022 and I then seen a routine my ignored calls and messages . I began to show up physically to the shop and was turned away by staff who vowed he was always out for lunch or did not show up for the day. I then began to be informed the work was being done at a different shop but was never provided with a physical address of the location . I then made more random visits and upon seeing him , he had no alternative but to speak to me . He proceeded with saying work was almost done and paint job was to follow but he would have the truck here in the week or 2 to follow. January ************************************************************************** with truck pictures and updates . The pictures received included my truck parked at a residential home with absolutely no work done to the vehicle. Since then I requested my vehicle and deposit to be returned as it had been over 2 years and nothing has been done . He now says that my vehicle is located in his home and I can pick it up ***** has now proceeded with ignoring my calls and text messages and fails to respond . After multiple attempts of contacting him I also had an attorney mutual friend reach out , which he then spoke to and claimed he would return my belongings. As of December 12, 2023 , ***** has failed to respond and return the vehicle and money. In short of words , I did not receive the service that was promised to me by *********************** .

    My car was towed to lone star collision center April 30, 2023. ***** the shop owner agreed to fix the car and we went into contract to have the work done. The estimator went out to inspect the car May 10, 2023 and the inspection yielded a ********* amount of loss including labor. After the inspection ***** texted daily to see if the insurance check had come through and explained he needed to order parts. On May 17, 2023 a check was given to lone star collision to repair the vehicle. After that day Felixs communication became minimal to non existing. He communicated by text only, and continued to make excuses as to why the car wasnt finished. He told me on multiple occasions a specific day of the week the car would be done, and when the day came ***** wouldnt answer any calls or texts. The insurance company has reached out multiple times and couldnt get in contact with him. The car has been known to be a harder vehicle to work on, so I even asked ***** if he could refund the money and allow me to take the car from him as his lack of communication and terrible business acumen became beyond frustrating and outright scary. My friend has gone to check on the car throughout this process and was told the parts are on back order rhetoric over and again. ****** communication became so minimal that ****** police department went out to do a welfare check on him and per usual he was nowhere in site but his staff confirmed he was fine (7/26/2023). This complaint is being written 7/27/2023 and its been more than a week since ***** or any of his representatives have contacted me and he still has the car.

    I found this company online ********* i was moving states in needed my car repairer before I took it to a new *************. i contacted the owner *********************** and ****** his partner. my car is **** Buick grand sport. we agreed to complete full body reforestation full interior completion full mechanical tune up motor and exhaust. the agreement was $10,000 i paid 60% of that balance the date my car was picked up Oct 15 2020. ***** and I agreed that the remaining balance will be due at completion of the car. over the yrs i have have travailing back and forward to check the (process of the project. the first 8 months they weer showing progress then *********************************************************** *** ans had some hardship. so i gave the company more time to catch upon all there works as they say they needed per ******. Time passed i moved back to TX Feb 2022 i have called and showed up the company over and over i have not been able to see my car since 2021. it is not in the original shop they say they had to move it for a while. They keep promising to bring it back to the original shop so i can see it personally which has been repeatedly false promise. I was face timed 1 time by ****** because showing me my car is not even 40% completed. I have recorded multiple facetime call and conversation about my car status. they have told me it'll be ready next month, were gonna give you a big discount, and that they just don't wanna give me my car until its complete even of im upset because they want mt to be satisfied with the ended result. i have stated numerous time i will pay in in full and handle the rest in court . what ever work hasn't been completed is fine just allow me to pic my car up and again again they make excuses or tell me to give them just a little more time. i have cash and been having the cash in full and they want except it. IT been nearly 3 yrs and I don't know what to do. AND ***** WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY CALLS

    I took my vehicle to this shop after auto accident to be repaired. First off all theu weren't handling thier business properly and in timely manner with insurance that was paying for it and I was going to move to another shop but check was already issued to that shop and this shop had t even started on my vehicle but wouldn't release car to me until they received check but no work was done at time. The owner was hard to get a hold of on multiple different ways of contact not only by me but the lawyer and insurance involved with this accident. It took so long I had to return rentacar and be without transportation for a week and when vehicle was finally delivered three weeks later it not only was returned with empty tank that was filled up when I dropped off on, extra 1000 miles out on my car, insides dirty w white paint all on inside of doors etc but the auto body job that was done had bumps of like gravel on paint swirls on areas redone but the taillight that is over license wires were hanging out my bumper w plastic cover missing so I asked delivery driver why was this not put back in amd he tried to act like it was not there when it came smd he took video of car upon arrival and I had took pictures the day it was dropped off of the areas to be fixed and I reminded driver of video he took and he said well Mayb it was left off when fixed amd he would notify the owner ***** of the issues I found. The driver left and My phone was dead so I went inside to get rags and cleaning supplies to try and clean the paint off inside of my car since the driver said the detail man was off. As I sat in my car to clean it I saw my windshield was cracked from top of drivers side to passenger ***** I called driver back immediately and he claimed it was like that upon arrival as he did the light but I reminded him of video he said I need to talk to owner. ***** became aware of problem and has brushed me off w promises to send window person out to repair and light but no show since

    On June 20, 2022 I text Felix if I could drop my car off to their shop. He said yes and I did so but once I arrived there Felix wasn't there Eric was though. So he called Felix to clarify everything as far as me leaving a deposit which I didn't have to since I sent Felix $700 to get a used door prior to me coming to drop my car off. Before I gave Eric my keys I took a picture of my odometer just incase. 2 days go by and Felix says the car will be ready tomorrow which would be Thursday June 23,2022. I get there to pick up my car, the first thing I noticed is my key is messed up as far as the buttons used to unlock my car. I get to my car and he fixed the hole but didn't change the lock to my door which I didn't think to check since I figured that's apart of changing a door. Before I leave the parking lot I checked my odometer and it was more than it was when I left it. (141,972 once I pick it up vs 141,866 when I dropped it off) so I went inside to ask Felix about their process as far as doing the work. He says " they worked on it at the shop and took it around the corner to wash it" I replied " ok, so what about all the other miles. Felix response " I didn't work on your car Eric did". I replied if anything goes wrong with my car I'll deem y'all reliable since my car hasn't had any issues at all. Saturday morning 2:00am, June 25,2022 I'm stuck outside my job because my car battery died (I bought the battery last year 1/21, batteries last 3 years at least and Ford replaced my alternator 11/20) I tried to open my door with my key since the buttons didn't work due to my battery being dead. My car key doesn't even work as far as putting it inside the door because he didn't replace the key port!!!!! So I'm basically waiting outside my car, that I paid off being interrogated by 3 police officers because I can't get into my own car. I contacted Felix about my door key port and a invoice for the door and I haven't heard from him since.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/30) */ We have notified the customer for him to come into the shop so we can fix the issue with the door. We made a mistake by not switching out the lock cylinder. We have already removed his from the old door so we can install it. Also we told him we can check the car and see why the battery went dead. If it hasn't went dead since then, then it wasn't something that we did. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I messaged him a week ago trying to handle the situation professionally. He didn't respond at all basically ignoring me when he's was in the wrong. He hasn't responded since June 25 when I asked him when he will be in the shop, he simply read my my message. So from that point forward I came to (BBB) to resolve the issues since he didn't want to communicate. I also don't feel comfortable or safe bringing my car to him nor do I trust the work will be done correctly. Also I fear they will take my car for another joy ride and I'll have more problems with my car. So once again I feel the best way to resolve this matter is to simply refund my money, because I've had to replace my battery and alternator. Which I stated before I just changed last year in November and those parts last 2/3 years. Also idk what kind of gas they put in my vehicle, I turned my car in to them on E so they wouldn't be able to drive it. When I received my car it was a 1/4 tank of gas in my car and a additional 100 miles added to my odometer. I only fill my car with premium gas, I guarantee they didn't do that. Accordingly, I request that my money I paid be refunded and I also need my lock so I can get my car fixed correctly.
