My car jerks when coming to a stop and when in low rpm's but worked perfectly normal at rpm's above 2 and on long stretched roads or highways. My car was diagnosed 11/21/2022. I paid the $135 diagnostic fee 11/23/2022. ***** the ** stated another transmission would fix the problem. I paid $2562 on 12/1/22 (******** on my card and $1,324 cash) once I got the call that the new transmission was installed. I took it back on 12/2/22 at 8am and a mechanic drove it while I rode, and he felt the new vibrating that wasn't there prior to as well as the jerk. He spoke to ***** about it in another language. I brought it back 12/12/22. ***** stated they tried *************** car was fixed but it started to do the same thing after letting it sit for a while. My vehicle was picked up on 1/13/23 around 3:44pm and the issues are still there. I called ***** that day at 5:03pm & told him but he said my car is jerking due to my tires & if I get stock tires they will reset my sensors & that will fix the problem.
1. I brought my car in for my jerking problem diagnosis 11/22
2. New transmission 12/1
3. Jerk continued. ***** stated they tried everything and reset codes but it the problem came back within hours
4. 1/23 another transmission but the jerk is still there. Contacted corporate.
5. I was told it was my tires.
6. Changed my tires at my ******************************** reset the codes stating if it persists I could get a refund.
7. I got my car back and there was ******* papers under my seat & jerk persisted
8. Rode with the Tech 2/10 who felt the jerk but he doesn't think it was ever the transmission
9. I called ***** for a refund who stated the tech and ***** said my car doesn't have any issues and "to take him to *********** him."
