      This business has a car wash with an XPT outside, as any normal customer would do, i drove up and paid for my car wash ($13.00). I waited approximately 15 minutes for the car wash to start, as it said to wait outside for the machines to activate. I waited 15 minutes before seeking help from employees, and they told me the car wash is broken and not working. There was an open sign right in front of the **** there were no cones or any warnings for the wash being broken.I wanted a refund as i did not receive a service for which i paid for, this is when the real issue started. The employee helping me out immediately called his manager. Okay, the manager said no refunds possible, i asked why and the employee started getting aggressive and very violent. This type of service and this type of employee should not be allowed near customers.

      An employee was neglecting the safety of me in my vehicle. My tire was changed at this place about a month ago. And about two weeks ago after getting my tired changed I almost lost my life with my son in the car while driving. My car tire almost flew off car luckily I made it to an auto shop and was told that all my lugs not had broken off into my wheel. So I then proceeded to Kwik Kar to inform them of the issue the next day and was told that they would repair it if I bought the part. I don't feel as if I should pay for a part on my car that almost cost me and my sons life. I didn't break this part on my car. The manager has refused to give me owners direct contact. I have reached out via email that was given by the manager and still have no response to this issue. This has cost me to lose out on work and caused me to pay for Ubers just to get to and from work and my son to school. Most of it all I'm just glad to be alive after almost losing our lives.

      Company did an oil change on my car and didn't do it correctly which cause my car engine to blow . No I'm a single mother and business owner left with out a car and they do not want to help.This has caused me to miss out on wages at work , also business and I also can't get my child to and from daycare. The Ubers are excessive. I also can not find registered agent so file lawsuit.

      My car broke down close to their location due to a bad alternator on May 7, 2022. I called them, they had the bandwidth on a Saturday to replace the alternator and had a part in stock. I drove a friends car who lived close by the shop home so that i could meet scheduled contractors, and my friend picked up my car. I told the manager i would give my friend my credit card and they would pick up my car when ready. He actually joked about letting him go shopping with my card too. Well, when i looked at the invoice, I was charged an additional $99 for a power steering fluid flush. I had asked them about checking the level because i wanted it topped off. They told me i had a leak in the hose and they wouldn't do anything without flushing the line. I declined. How this ended up on my final invoice is suspicious but my friend did not catch the charge which was probably the plan all along. I called the store on Monday and spoke to the manager. He admitted to the mistake but said i had to drive back to get my refund which is over an hour in traffic. I explained this but he insisted he needed the card. I called 2 other Kwik Kar locations and my credit card company. All told me a credit can absolutely be issued over the phone. i called him back. I explained that he could give a credit over the phone and that if he refused, i would have to dispute the charge. He told me it was impossible to do over the phone and to go ahead and dispute it. I would lose because my friend signed for it. The guy is a bully. I am now reading reviews about how this place is horrible ... putting on the wrong parts ... like brake pads falling off! I will be calling Kwik Industries tomorrow to discuss how awful this guy is. Maybe they can rein him in. He needs to credit my card for the overcharges plus tax.
