    I reached out to Zap's Collision in June to repair collision damages on my car. ****** took about a week, I paid $2,175 for the paint, labor, and parts. I received my car with a chip in the paint and one of the parts I had paid for was not put on. The owner said he hadn't received the part. He told me it would arrive the next week and he would be able to fix the chip in the paint. Owner is unresponsive for some time and refuses to give definite dates on when to drop off my car for additional work or when I could pick it up. Couple weeks go by and my paint starts coming off and the pieces he put on the car start falling off so I reach out to return the car to resolve that issue. I had difficulty getting a hold of him and coming to an agreement on when to turn in my car. When we finally decided on a day together, he took it in. Told me the repaint would take a couple days and it has been in the shop for a month now. He told me he was out of town for a family emergency and refused to compensate me for the repairs that weren't done and the pieces that were falling off. On top of that, he decided to charge me storage fees for storing my car in the alleyway in front of his shop. I've gone to check the car and items that were not previously in my car are now being stored in my car. The sticker on the dashboard of my car has been scratched indicating someone has been using my car and tampering with it. I have yet to receive any kind of refund and it seems he is shorting my refund and charging me higher storage fees.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Zaps Collision LLC and owner ******* ****** located at ****************************************************************************. I brought my vehicle to this shop on July 27, 2024 for repairs that I was assured would be completed in a timely manner. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention.After leaving my car with the shop, I was informed that the necessary repairs had been completed after about 2 weeks, and I was assured that my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick-up. However, upon retrieving my car, I discovered that the issues I had initially brought the car in for were not resolved and was told I would have to bring my car back in a couple days for buffing. When I contacted the shop to address these concerns, I was completely ignored.Unfortunately, since picking up my car, the shop has continued to fail to follow through on their promise to fix my car. Moreover, they have stopped responding to my calls and messages. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also extremely frustrating, as I am left with a vehicle that is still not functioning properly despite having paid for repairs.This experience has been highly inconvenient and has caused me significant stress and financial strain. I trusted this shop to provide honest and reliable service, but they have failed to meet even the most basic expectations.I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau assist me in resolving this matter. I would like Zaps Collision LLC and ****** ****** (owner) to either complete the repairs they originally promised or provide a full refund of the amount I paid for the incomplete and inadequate service.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    The business did not perform their sole duty to fix my car! They lied like my car was finished when it wasnt! I was getting my front bumper, hood, and fenders replaced after a bad accident! They replaced the parts with faulty electrical components! Now my car stereo , windows , and sunroof is not functioning properly. The paint they use to paint my car was a different color than my car paint! My insurance covered 14k to get this job done after being lied to by the body shop! The body shop told me to bring the car back he will fix it but instead my car set in his shop another week after we paid him to give him a chance to get this work done! Instead of finishing the job after all his promises, my car was left in his shop for a week without him ordering any parts to fix it! I move my car to a different body shop now. Now I have to pay out of pocket for the repairs

    I would like to apologize to ***************** for any frustration this has caused

    ***************** 2015 Cadillac Escalade was repaired to are exact agreement 

    ***************** is claiming we replace faulty electronic components which is not the case. Everything that was replaced was body parts.

    ***************** 2015 Escalade had prior electrical  damage before coming to our shop for body repairs

    We do understand that ***************** is unhappy with paint job, and we are willing to redo the painting for him at no extra cost

     these claims are false, and I have documentation showing what was replaced and it was nothing electrical

    If I could give negative stars I would! My car went in for a simple hood exchange and paint over a month ago and it had to go back in for a bad paint job! I got it back today with spots, ********** and apparently some orange peel texture they just "can't avoid when painting"!*************************** and I texted about this and I sent pictures, but he responded saying I'm "making it up"! I called ******* on his cell and he refused my call because he doesn't want "to argue and I should take the car to get washed"Do NOT trust this @Zaps Collision or ***************************. See my photos of the "work" and his condescending text to me if you have doubts about this business' level of service and quality of work!

    and please keep in mind that all repairs are under lifetime warranty and if you have any problems with the paint job like cracking or peeling we will redo it
