This company is violating my consumer rights, I have never been notified as stated by federal law of this alleged account. This item needs to be removed from my credit report for it is in violation of FCRA, FDCPA and no Hippa release has nor can be provided! I am a victim of identity theft and Equifax data breach, Please help resolve this situation for it has caused much stress and lost of many business ventures due to its impact on my credit scores.Business response

1.I have never had an account with this company RS CLARK AND ASSOCIATE ***************, REMOVE from all credit agencies from reporting. 2."consumer" means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. According to 15 U.S. Code §1692a (3) 3.This letter is in pursuing 15 U.S. Code §1692c (c) Ceasing communication 4.I am the "consumer" mentioned in 15 U.S. code §1692a (3) You are RS CLARK AND ASSOCIATE the debt collector 15 U.S. Code1692a (5) I am invoking specified remedies under use 15 U.S. code §1692c (c) (2) as a creditor I am demanding you to terminate all farther efforts pursing to 15 U.S. Code §1692c (c) (1) 5.I am the executor under the 15 U.S. Code §1692c (d) pursing to 15 U.S. Code §1692d A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. I have contacted RS Clark & Associates three time to resolve inaccurate information they are currently reporting. Notification was sent 5/30/2021, 10/4/2021 and 10/18/2021 asking to remove the account from my report. All three occasions I have included the account # and my full name each time the refuse to acknowledge the debt or account at all. The bill was paid directly to the original company who I owed. The account should have never been in collections to start with, but RS Clark continues to report a paid account as a collection account. The company's refusal to correct the situation has continued to hurt my file.Business response

I have an old debt I am trying to clear up but I'm not able to get RS Clark & Associates to return any of my emails. I'm not able to talk on the phone so my only way of communication is via email but they have not responded to 3 attempts. Their website has a contact us option but it doesn't work, all I get is an error saying try again later, I've been trying for a week. They are reporting I am late but I haven't spoke to them to resolve the matter so why am I getting late notices on my credit report. Is there anyone that can help me get in touch with them?Business response
