    Total thief of my down payment.Was with **** security. They quit and referred to Brinks. That name I thought carried a solid positive reputation. NOPE.ITS ALL A SCAM.I ordered the services but had buy some new equipment not being upgraded.Friendly. Friendly. Friendly. Then when I questioned some issues. NASTY. NASTY. NASTY.They REFUSED to take the product back and issue a refund.What bastards.Anyway, nothing was installed so I escaped some of the horrors of others problems with this SCAMMING company.If you're reading this...Good for you. Avoid them at all cost or 8t can cost all.

    Have used this business for 15 plus years. No contract just month to month. I needed a new battery. Got shipped the wrong one. They said ship it back and we will refund all shipping cost. They then refused to do so, even after proof of text will customer support stating they would. After a total of a couple day, hours I finally got them to state they will pay me back. I'll consider myself lucky if I see a dollar back into my account. I summited today to cancel my account. They won't accept a notice via phone. You have to summit it via writing and then they will accept it or not. (what they told me on the phone) Meanwhile you are supposedly responsible to keep paying your account. They said they require a 30 days notice which starts only after they approve your cancel request. (keep in mind I have no contract with this company) No agreement. you just prepay a month in advance monthly. Crappy company who treats their local customers like **** They way they spoke to me was less then I would ever speak to anyone. Not professional. Would not recommend to anyone.

    I went with Brink Home Security because of their great reputation. I transferred my account from Att. I was sent a contract and signed. I have discovered the security camera on my front porch does not perform at nite unless I 'LEAVE THE ***** LIGHT ON'.The camera was changed from get go. Works as it should but at nite even with my porch lite on WHICH THIS SHOULD NOT BE it does not capture the image with even my light on. So how will an intruder be identified or be seen as this piece of c*** camera videos DARK. I was not even offered a trial period for their service. My service wih Att video day or night and I did not have to leave my Porch light on. If you choose their service choose Buyer be ****! Worthless service if held hostage to buy an upgraded camera. Miss representation from the start. The customer representatives do not know what type of camera is on your account. Ms. *******
