    Excellent Purchase Experience at Carland I purchased a 2010 Land Rover Range Rover Sport from Carland two months ago with ****** miles on it, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and professional. The vehicle was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and the team at Carland was knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful throughout.What I appreciated most is that all the cars at Carland are clean title vehicles, and they provide free ****** history reports that include reported service history records. This gave me peace of mind knowing exactly what I was buying, with no hidden surprises.Since the purchase, the car has performed wonderfully with no issues, and I'm thrilled with my decision to buy from Carland. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dealership that stands behind the quality of their vehicles.

    I purchased a black jaguar f pace from them and i couldnt have made a better choise for sure. I was in and out in 2 hours due to other customers. Car was exactly as shown online, no games or gimmicks once i got there. I wasnt racially profiled and was served as same as others. They are not pushy , they let me do the decision. They had free carfax report for all the cars and I wish every dealer was just simply like them Only reason why im leaving this review is because i am only returning the good deed i received from them. They did a phenomenal work with my sale and i cant be anymore grateful. Thanks for being in the business guys i will not shop anywhere else.

    Purchased a vehicle from the dealer Fri evening and Sunday afternoon it completely stopped on me on the freeway, placing my entire family lives in danger!!!! Dealer is trying to act like it's a "small" sensor issue when in reality it's the throttle bottle and who knows what else! He doesn't seem to care or acknowledge the fact that we could've died that day. I was out $200 a tow and he has the audacity to ask me to pay for another tow for them to look at it and repair no reimbursement on the first tow I paid....I advised he can come pick it up I don't want the lemon. I ended up purchasing a brand NEW vehicle - STAY AWAY FROM THIS ***** DEALERSHIP!!!!!

    "We reached out to the customer promptly upon their request and, recognizing their warranty coverage, offered to facilitate repairs at a facility we collaborate with. Despite the coverage limitations outlined by their third-party warranty, we extended an offer to rectify the issue at our expense.However, it's crucial to clarify that the customer's assertion regarding the severity of the issue is misleading. The reported throttle body sensor issue typically results in a loss of acceleration rather than a **************** shutdown, as described. Additionally, the customer's documentation attributes the issue to age and high mileage, factors beyond our control at the time of sale.Despite our ******* efforts to provide a solution within the confines of the warranty, the customer has chosen to pursue a different course of action. Regrettably, despite our continued willingness to assist, they have instead resorted to disparaging our dealership publicly.While we empathize with the customer's frustration, it's imperative to note that our commitment to customer satisfaction remains unwavering. However, unwarranted exaggerations and unfounded allegations only serve to impede constructive resolution. Consequently, we are unable to extend further assistance at this juncture

    I bought a 2015 Porsche Macan S from here and all I can say is I am very impressed ! The car is extremely clean! I have financed this car they approved me in no time! I had fair credit but for a Porsche I got very good APR RATES lowest down payment compared to everyone else and they are not like everyone else were they try to up charge you they are very legit and definitely 10/10 experience thank you CARLAND AUTO GROUP
