I always liked Caramel Car Wash. i always had money on their card. I have around $200.00 With the pandemics and then getting lung cancer I had not been out. I live with my elderly mother and was extra careful not to bring Covid home. The first time I went back this year they had change to carnation car wash spa. They took it both times until last week on Tuesday. They said we don't take these anymore. I told them what was I supposed to do ? I said let me talk to your manager.He said we don't take these anymore.I said again what was I supposed to Just lose my money. I will tell you I was very upset- He would not give me his name- he wouldn't give me the corporate address or phone number. Told me to get off his property now or he would have me physically removed. I told him I was going to stay until he gave me his name and corporate address. He said he was going to call the police. I said call them. Of course they didn't come. I'm now retired but was in upper management for 45 years. This is not customer service. I tried to get a corporate address or phone # on their website, nothing. This was at the mockingbird location in dallas. I want my money back from caramel car or be able to use it at carnation mockingbird. I also saw that the operation manager for carnation use to work at caramel. There is no way to get a hold of anyone from corporate.
