    I went to South Valley Medical Clinic for a consultation. I was informed I was a good candidate for their treatment. I filled of an application for financing. I had the first "complimentary treatment" that day and scheduled my follow treatment. I had to r/s due to work and never was able to go back. I called to finally make an appointment and the clinic was closed down. Now I have ***** finance calling demanding payment on this loan. Sun Valley clinic got their money and ran and now I am responsible for paying back a loan for services I did not receive.The loan amount was $6700 and now they are trying to collect $9754.44.

    South Valley Medical Center receive $6, 700 from a loan company in my name as a patient the loan company is after me for the money and the company did not finish continue the treatment when I spoke with the loan company they said ask me to have South Valley Medical Center to send them the money back I cannot get in contact with them I have been to the location there's not there anymore and I have a company that is after me for $6,700 that Sun Valley received from them and they're not finish my treatment so I'm filing this complaint so I can see what else that I can do possibly Sun Valley refunding the money back to this company

    I contracted for 12 treatments for *** SVMC setup loans for the services.I needed to reschedule my appointment for Sept 8, 2023. No one answers the phone and you get cut off. There was a second number and it did not work. Read the other complaints here at BBB. Looked them up and the web reports permanently closed. Still have to pay loan payments but did not receive what I paid for. Also, they said follow up treatments could be had after the 12 paid treatments for $100 each. Much cheaper than $500 a piece.

    My last scheduled appointment was on June 8, 2023. I received a reminder on June 7th. I arrived for my appointment but the office was closed. Previously, I had received 4 treatments and there was indication that any of the treatments were working. To date no call or contact with South Valley Medical Clinic. Afterwards, I have found several complaints about the clinic. I would like to receive a refund for the services that I did not receive. This process doesnt work and I definitely am not satisfied.

    My husband and I saw a news article on Good Morning ***** about ** treatments and made an appointment. When we went to our first appointment they told us the cost was $9700.00 but since we saw the article on the ** show we could get the treatments for $6700.00 for 12 treatments and an additional 5 over the next few years which we paid that day and started treatment that day. When we went to our 7th appointment the door was locked and no note as to why. We went to our 8th appointment and there was a notice to call a different number that we had been calling. No answer at either number. So we are trying to see if there is a way to get our money back.

    I paid $6,000 for 12 treatments and only received 3 treatments. They have closed down and unable to reach South Valley Medical to get a refund on the 9 treatments I never received.

    I have contracted with South Valley Medical Center for ED ********** I had a scheduled appointment for a treatment session on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 at 10:30 am. I arrived 5 minutes early for the aforementioned treatment, but the office was closed. There were three other gentlemen waiting outside the office. One of them had a ten o'clock appointment and the other two had appointments scheduled at 10:30 am, also. We inquired with the business next door to South Valley Medical Center about a possible reason for the closure. The office manager said that the South Valley office had been closed since Friday, June 2nd. Also, I had received a text reminder on Monday, June 5th regarding my appointment for the next day. As a professional courtesy, I would have expected a text or call informing me of a cancelation of my appointment.
