    I have never spoken to this company. My phone log shows all the calls I received on 11/22 and none were with ************* It is a total scam. Im requesting they refund me the monthly payments they are still taking out of my bank account. Total $330

    Out of the blue collection letter from *********************************************** for a business license that didnt require renewal.I have tried repeatedly to contact them, leaving several voicemails and sent an ******** one is responding to my calls or ********* would be helpful to actually speak with someone to remedy this situation.

    I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate account on my credit report.


    Caine & Weiner Account # ********


    Consumer ****************** have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy.


    I contacted Experian and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and, I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me.


    This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and this disputed item may not appear on my credit report if it cannot be supported by any evidence of proof.


    I am requesting a correction to my credit report.

    I am rejecting this response because:   This does not address the issue satisfactorily.
    The requested verification has not yet been provided, and it is critical to resolve this dispute thoroughly. Simply noting the dispute on the account without the proper verification is not a sufficient response to the matter at hand.

    Caine and Weiner claim I owe ****** and ****** via Progressive. They offered to settle for half of the debt. I believe this is fraud and a scam I pay my insurance with auto pay and I should not owe anything.

    I'am not responsible for debt with Caine & Weiner. I do not have a contract with this agency attempting to collect a debt from me. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested in March 2, 2024.

    This collection does not belong to me. I asked the agency in March of 2024 to send me proof with a contract and they have failed to do so. They harass me with phone calls and letters consistently but will not resolve the issue with me. Im asking for this to be removed from my credit report.

    I am writing to formally dispute the results of my credit report verification by Experian and to express concerns about their failure to comply with my request for a detailed description of the procedures used to verify disputed information, as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).Account Name: *********** and Account Number: **************** Date of Dispute Submission: October 18, 2024 Despite multiple complaints, Experian has repeatedly marked the account as verified. I requested a description of the procedures used to verify the disputed information, including details of any parties involved, but I have not received any satisfactory response. Experians actions violate the ****, including: 1. Section 1681i(a)(6)(B)(ii) Failure to provide a description of verification procedures. 2. Section 1681i(a)(7) Failure to provide the name, address, and phone number of the entity verifying the information. 3.Section 1681i(a)(1)(A) Failure to conduct a reasonable investigation.Additionally, after submitting my complaint on December 11, 2024, ******** issued a revised response, further showing that their investigation process is flawed and inconsistent to their original investigation that was completed November *******, which further proves that ******** has not been conducting reasonable investigations. This inconsistency highlights their failure to comply with **** guidelines and demonstrates a lack of transparency and due diligence in the verification process. Additionally, The ************************************ (****) has found that credit agencies like Experian fail to properly investigate disputes and often disregard consumer rights under the ****. This pattern of behavior reinforces my concerns about Experians practices.I will attach all documents that support my claims and experience with Experian.

    this company is a fraud, i left progressive insurance with a 0 balance. 3 months later this company is on my credit report claiming i owe $143.08 to progressive.i have disputed it several times , i have asked for legal paperwork stating i owe this company money and been refused which under the **** i have the right too or they have to remove from credit reports.i have spoken with progressive insurance who state i owe them no money.this company is destroying my credit and it has stopped me from buying my house.this account is not owed to them. i neither owe this company or the so called original account with progressive a dime.they need to remove this collection from my credit reports all 3 immediately as i am sick of this.i never had an account with this company , i never agreed or let alone signed any paperwork with this company to pay them anything. 0 proof provided by this company under the law to state otherwise, as a matter of fact when i spoke with them a year ago they stated they didnt have to provide me with anything which violates federal law.there is no money owed to this scam company nor to the so called original debtor progressive insurance.     i have requested the information at least 8 times in a year.

    all 8 times they were rude and refused to send me any paperwork on this debt.

    again i owe progressive no money and this company when i try to get them to provide me with an address to serve them lawsuit papers hangs up on me.

    they refuse to remove this fake collections account from my credit reports. they refuse to follow the federal law in providing proof of the accuracy of this account. they refuse to provide me anything in writing as requested. im not the only one just look at all there ****** reviews with the same issue regarding progressive insurance and this company.

    i cannot provide what they refuse to give me. they just keep hurting my credit and dont care stating i need to pay them. when i dont even owe progressive any money and thats who there claiming this collection is *************** is sending me a letter stating i dont owe them any money and i am awaiting that which will be coming in the mail. there is no validation to this account with this scam collection company yet there trying to sell me some monitoring software and i keep telling them i dont want your product i want this fake account removed immediately.
