Signed a lease with this company starting in November. Leasing agent was amazing. We are evangelists that do miscellaneous jobs. Management took a picture of hygiene products that were going to be packaged and accused my dad of sleeping in the suite when he has a home. He stayed overnight once to get a delivery that was supposed to come overnight. So that I his daughter wouldn't have to stay overnight. Management took pictures inside my suite breaking privacy laws I hope. Next I've been trying to get a bigger space since my equipment won't fit but I'm unable to get a transfer even though my lease says I can. ******* at the ******* Dallas TX who everyone directed me to wouldn't help me. He scheduled for me to come ? I want my lease terminated since I have not been able to use the suite. Cameras can be checked for verification.

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/12/15) */ We a commercial office space. Because we are neither a hotel nor an apartment complex, our lease explicitly states that the space be only be used for standard office use. The Lease specifically prohibits using the space for lodging. The applicable space is a one room office with a glass door. The Landlord received numerous complaints from multiple tenants that they could see that someone was sleeping the space. The Landlord sent written notice to the Complainant giving the opportunity to cure any Lease violation by simply not allowing anyone to sleep in the space going forward. Around this same time, the Complainant requested the opportunity to move into a larger space. The Landlord readily started that process by allowing the Complainant to view multiple larger spaces to see whether or not any of these spaces were desirable. After viewing several spaces, Complainant ceased further communications, broke her Lease, and moved out without any notice to the Landlord. In sum, the Landlord fully complied with all of its duties and obligations under the Lease even though the Complainant was the party in violation. The Landlord continued to try to work the Complainant to fulfill her request to move. Despite these efforts, the Complainant broke her Lease and moved out. The Complainant still owes rent under the Lease. Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/12/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

My wife and are in the market for an office space so we spoke with Mr. Jarell B***, who sent us the wrong office location and pricing information. When we visited the property, we were confused, and *** of the office spaces were locked, and to my understanding, my wife was told that *** the available offices should be open. So we walked over to the property manager a Peggy S***. She was so rude to us. She acted like my wife, and I were going to rob the building. I don't know if this is because we are African American or not. She was rude and made no effort to help us. This was one of the worst experiences that we have had. We made multiple efforts to reach out to Jarell and received no assistance or call back.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/03) */ It is unfortunate that Ms. G****** felt like she had a poor experience. After investigating with the staff, all of the vacant suites were unlocked for viewing as set up by the agent. As a service to the customer our Covid protocols, allow prospective customers to view office space without having to worry about personal contact. Ms. G****** was on a "no contact" tour of the property and was in touch with the leasing agent on the phone when on the property. We apologize for any confusion that may have occurred while she was at the building. We would appreciate another opportunity to show Ms. G****** our selection of office space that would meet her needs. We take great pride on taking excellent care of our customers. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They didn't actually address the main issue we had which was how we were treated. We also have email confirmation that they give us the wrong suite number.

I'm beyond upset and I really do have a reason this time. I paid my balance November 1st and he left a voicemail on 11/2/2021 speaking that my lock status was clear and the lock would be removed here it is November 15 and the lock is still on my Door. Poor management the box properly company isn't showing me a very good image. There's been issues since I moved it. I'm not blaming the property manger for all of this but this lock being still on my door is his problem. 15 days after his voicemail and it's still on my door. Very very unacceptable! This picture below shows the lock as the picture shows the time and date that I was there. My balance was cleared November 1st.
