Business states we still owe the amount of payment they applied to the wrong **************** says it will be resolved, 11 months later the issue remains unresolved.       This account is not correct and closed, I ***** ******** do not owe this account any late payments (the lease is closed) and Nissan-Infiniti LT LLC is committing false and incorrect information, I have contacted Nissan-Infiniti LT LLC to correct there wrongful and unlawful doing and they have not tried to help correct their false error that is in violation of FCRA and CFPB.I want this negative late payment off my credit reports, thank you BBB.

      I leased a car from Nissan on May 31, 2024. I have leased cars with Nissan since 2003 and have never missed a payment. I did not receive a bill for this new lease and it was not on the top of my mind because I have always received paper statements and did not receive any paper statement, digital statement, telephone call or email regarding how much I owed per month or when the monthly bill was due. On September 10, 2024 I came out to my driveway to find my car missing. I thought that my car had been stolen, but in fact after hours of speaking with the police it was determined that Nissan Finance had repossessed it. Upon further checking Nissan Finance indicated that they did not have a phone number or email, however the dealership (which I have been a customer since 2003, claims they sent it with my paperwork). In order to retreive my car, I had to pay a $450 impound lot fee, $50 late charge plus the 3 months of monthly payments. I paid it and have since made several telephone calls regarding the insanity that occured. My concerns include that damage that it will do to my credit score which is well over 700. Today, I attempted to log onto the Nissan Finance website to determine when and how much my October payment is. A pop up appeared which said that my account was correct but that I needed to call the help desk before I could log on. I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes before I was told that I could not log onto the Nissan Finance website until I pay 6 months worth of bills. I asked for an email copy of my current bill. I was denied. I asked to receive paper bills and I was told that a request would be made. The representative told me that my bill was outstanding for $150 plus my October payment will be due October 1, 2024. Today, September 13, 2024 I have not seen any bill and all of my attempts to make this right have been frustrating and gone no where. Nissan Finance is ruining my credit and continues to make it impossible for me to pay my lease.

      Nissan Motor acceptance has restricted me use of the website for information on my account as well as making payments. In addition I can no longer make payments on the website and they have forced me to pay service fees for payments by phone. I was having a financial hardship several months ago and made 3 late payments. Instead of offering an amicable solution they shut down my access to the website until I make 6 consecutive payments on time. This seemed to me like a punishment and not a solution that addresses my financial hardship. I am seeking the reimbursement of my fees as well as access to the website to make payments

      I am extremely disappointed with Nissan's response regarding my 2021 Nissan Rogue. The vehicle has only ****** miles, and despite being just 40 months old, it is already out of warranty. Recently, the airbag indicator light came on, indicating an issue with the airbag modules. I contacted Nissan for a goodwill repair, considering the low mileage and safety concerns, and opened a case (52220235).After reviewing my case, Nissan denied any assistance. This decision is particularly frustrating as this is my third Nissan vehicle. I expected better customer support, especially for a safety-related issue. Nissan's refusal to stand behind their product, despite my loyalty as a customer, has left me dissatisfied. I will never purchase another Nissan vehicle and would caution others to consider the lack of support when deciding on a Nissan.

      I am writing regarding a debt that was reported to my credit file over 7 years ago. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), negative information such as this is not reportable after 7 years from the date of delinquency.According to the ****, negative information, including debts, can only remain on my credit report for 7 years. Additionally, the statute of limitations for collection on this debt has expired based on state law. As such, I am no longer liable for this debt, and it should not be reported or pursued.

      I purchased a new car from Nissan and was financed thru them. During course of loan had to defer some payments. Towards the end of loan am pressed with extra fees and charges; some if which I had no knowledge! I have been making on time payments monthly after getting my finance in order. My belief or question is that if I wasn't an African American would I be treated the way without any consideration of the time. I am writing because I do not owe what they say and also I don't need credit negatives on my report. Nissan can be very inconsiderate of the people who trust their products and buy from them.

      There are two issues related to the 2023 Infiniti QX 250 that have leased a . I receved an email that I owed $1033 when I have a regular auto payment of $232. After digging through website, I found that the additional amount was for excise tax. When I clicked on an item that was supposed to download the document for the excise tax, a message came up to call ************. I called the number and was told that was the amount due, but they could not provide a copy of the tax invoice. I asked to speak to a supervisor who after a half hour on the phone stated I would receive a copy, but it would be received after the due date.Second issue, my Massachusetts registration has now expired. The leasing company would have received the application from the Registry of Motor Vehicles. They did not contact me or re register the vehicle which is incumbent on the leasing company as the registration is made out to them. Speaking to Osziel *********, I was told that they will get the registration to me, but it will take at least 5-7 days. Meanwhile we have an unregistered vehicle which we now can not drive because of their incompetence. ********* stated there is nothing they can do to expedite. I called the dealership - Infiniti of ********** where we leased the vehicle and they advised nothing they can do, but this is not their first complaint.

      My brother ***** ***** passed away in April 10, 2021 Nissan call me to pay the remaining balance of my brothers car. I paid to call off the car and they refused to give me the car threatening to auction the car off. I should not have to pay the towing fees because Nissan told the towing company to keep the car and not give it to me. Since the bill was not in my name, I want my full refund. My name is ********* ***** *********************************************************************** ************.
