We engaged Dallas Stamped Concrete to extend our backyard patio last year (mid 2021). ********************, the owner of the business was very cooperative initially, offering promises to address any issues promptly and a five year warranty on the workmanship. We started noticing issues though with the quality of his work and his response in addressing them promptly mid way through the project. He would not react well to any questions or suggestions. The team did not complete the sealant work initially and said they would need to come back for the final coat in a few days. When I did not hear back, I reached out to ****** and he kept pushing the date out. I finally was able to track him down at the location of another project and stayed there till he had one of his team members come to finish the sealant work. Now after a year, we have started to see cracks in the extension he built. I reached out to him regarding the issue and he asked to send pictures of the defect, which I did but have not heard back. I think he picked up the phone not knowing that it was from an existing client and now that he know this is regarding the bad quality of his work, he has stopped responding to texts or calls. Stay away from this company for any work.
