I scheduled a standard cleaning. I was very clear that I needed to understand billing before the procedure was completed. Billing was stated to be partially covered by insurance. However, a month after the visit, staff claims they made an error and 'we are actually not credentialed and therefore you as the patient owe $729.30".Documents were signed mutually showing I only owe, and did pay, $354.00 while at the office. This is devious behavior and needs to be investigated!

I scheduled a new patient appointment online over a week ago. The new patient appointment was set up for Thursday December ****** at 8AM. I took off for this appointment at work, which is extremely hard to do this time of the year as a pediatric nurse. I received a phone call at 5:57PM on Tuesday with a voicemail stating my appointment was scheduled as an emergency appointment and I need to change it. When I called back an AI assistant answered. I received a phone call prior to work this morning from the office. I was told I was speaking with ***** *. Who was the manager and who could not provide me with her last name. She cut me off several times throughout the course of the conversation and muted me several times when talking. I never used profanity, raised my voice or said any nasty comments, but despite this I was still treated like trash. There was no regard for the inconvenience and no effort to correct the situation. I advised ***** that I work Monday-Friday 8-6 and cant alter my appointment. She informed me that Everyone needs an appointment not just me because its the end of the year. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. This mistake on their behalf should be corrected but honestly after what I experienced on the phone, I wouldnt recommend anyone go there.

Worst dental experience I've had since adolescent. Went in for bi-annual cleaning. I was told I had 2 cavities, and a crown needed replaced that I had only 4 years. With warranty expiring on crown to replace it would cost me $500 dollars. I haven't had any cavities in several years so I'm automatically suspicious. The provider **** ***** performed the first filling for supposed cavity that I had, and it was extremely painful. I didn't get the second filling and went and received a second opinion with a different provider. Once I received my second opinion and received a second set of x-rays, I was told that I in fact did not have any cavities and there was nothing wrong with the crown that I had in place.

[En espaol abajo]Warning: This has been the worst experience in my life at a dentists office. In short, I ended up losing a tooth and this clinic denied responsibility. I didnt have any pain when I visited them for the first time to replace an old crown. But from the moment the dentist Mr. ***** *** treated me, I had pain. *** told me it would go away and placed the permanent crown. But it didnt go away and he ended up telling me to visit a specialist (note: if you need an endodontics specialist, this clinic admits it doesnt have them). This clinic failed to solve the problem it had caused, and its office staff treated me with indifference and little empathy. I spent months without being able to chew with the right side of my mouth. My current doctor couldnt see the root of the problem in the * rays because the crown *** had placed blocked the view of what was happening underneath. It wasnt until the crown was removed that I learned that my tooth was fractured. The crown was covering the fracture. My doctor had to remove the pieces of what remained of my broken tooth. I lost my tooth and had to pay $6,000 for an implant. The clinic thinks were even because they reimbursed me for the cost of the crown. But the implant I ended up paying for was much more expensive than the crown I initially went for. They didn't assume responsibility because they said the crown looked just fine in the * rays. But they cant explain why I went into their clinic without pain and left with pain that lasted for months and led to the loss of my tooth. So who pays for those months of pain and the tooth I lost? Before being treated by *** or this clinic ask yourself: How much is a tooth worth to you?

This review if for Ideal Dental University Park. Absolutely terrible dental practice. If you're interested in going on for a routine cleaning and being dealt a laundry list of new teeth and gun problems that never existed before, this is your place. I've given them two tries over the last several years because unfortunately it was conveniently located and in my dental plan. Every time I leave a visit, they've provided me with a "treatment plan" that's anywhere from $4,000-$6,000 more than my plan covers for an entire year. Based on their assessment of my teeth and gums, it's a miracle that I have teeth or gums at all. Funny that every other dentist I've ever gone to has told me what great shape my teeth and gums are in. Last time after my new "initial" consultation and cleaning, I left without even having my cleaning because they wanted to schedule all of these deep cleanings. I got nothing done and they still tried to bill me almost $400 dollars when it should have been included in my plan's initial visit, including the cleaning I didn't even get. Last week they called to schedule a new appointment and I told them I would have to call them back. I then got an email that they scheduled and appointment for me anyway without my consent. They have a chat function with their phone so I went on there, explained I never scheduled an appointment. They said they would cancel it. Three days later I got a voicemail confirming my appointment again that I never scheduled and so I had to call and make sure it was canceled again. Horrible business practices that are beyond shady at best.
