I reached out to Staton to set up a new business account. I provided all requested documentation and was advised they would not sell to me. I still don't understand why they will not sell to my business.

This is advertised on our website under FAQ: https://www.statononline.com/faq "*We do not sell to the public (end-users) or businesses outside of our industry for self-promotion. Other restrictions may apply. We sell to decorators and businesses in the apparel and promotional industry." Our competitors also state this in their websites. For example, ******* ************************************** ******** conducts business with resellers. We do not sell to end-users or to businesses wanting to self-promote. Other restrictions may apply." The primary focus of this complainant's business is to sell CBD products. They are not a commercial screen printer, embroiderer, Ad Specialty or Promotional Products business. In fact, if you go to the website: *************************** And click under shop, there is no apparel to purchase. If this company wants to sell shirts in connection with their, they can reach out to our many customers that can provide blank or decorated apparel. To sell this business directly would be competing with our own customers and we simply do not do this.
