    I received a text message from Magnolia Diagnostics on 5/2/24 stating that my daughter has an outstanding balance of ****** due. I clicked on the link provided and paid the bill. I have a receipt showing the bill was paid. I received another text message on 6/27/24 requesting payment again. I called and left a message stating that I had already paid the invoice and would not be paying again and requested a call back. Nobody called. I received another text message on 7/26/24 stating the balance of ****** was due. I called and spoke to a customer service **** explained the situation and gave invoice numbers, transaction ID numbers and confirmed the date I paid the invoice. She said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I received another text message on 8/26/24 stating the balance of ****** was due. I called and left another message. I did not receive a call back. Today, 9/25/24 I received a text message stating Magnolia Diagnostics partnered with a collections agency and I now owe ******. I called Magnolia Diagnostics twice today and left another message.
