              Dear Cinepolis Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent refund request following the emergency evacuation at your Cinepolis ********* location on June 22, 2024.Due to the emergency, I was unable to watch the movie as all patrons were evacuated. I immediately requested a refund for my ticket, but I was informed that a refund could not be provided and was instead offered the opportunity to watch another movie for free. As I am not a local resident and cannot easily return to your location, this solution is not feasible for me.Given that the evacuation was beyond my control and directly impacted my ability to enjoy the service I paid for, I believe a refund is the most appropriate and fair resolution. I urge you to reconsider my request and process the refund promptly.Please find attached a copy of my ticket and any other relevant documentation for your reference. I have always valued the Cinepolis experience and hope that this issue can be resolved satisfactorily.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.Sincerely,*****************

              ********* is walkable from my neighborhood about a mile away. Been there multiple times through the years. It's one of the better kept theaters around. The best example of how impressed with this establishment is: I went for a movie last Monday afternoon, forgot my bag with my ID, credit cards, etc. I did not even realize until Thursday and they kept in lost and found, fully in tact! I cannot even express my relief and gratitude to an estabishment and it's employees with that much integrity. In this day and age that's HUGE!
