Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/22) */ The order in question is for ***** ***** from ***********************, ******, Texas. The portion of the order that was not picked up was for the Mini Package which contains the graduation announcements & accessories. After deducting for the items that were taken at the time the order was placed, the total amount of the refund processed was for $140.83 (mini package $164.00 less keyring delivered ($13.95) and black t-shirt delivered ($19.95) equaled $130.10 plus sales tax of $10.73 which came to $14.83). The refund was processed after the summer graduations and is out our office. Does the parent want to come and pick up the refund or have us mail it. If mailing, please confirm where to send it to.
