      I live in ************* who was under excessive heat advisory today 8/12/2024 and the next couple days. I was wondering why my lights was disconnected. By law your not supppse to disconnect under these circumstances. I have my **************************************** that had a heat stoke today. My 12 year old complex medical disable child also living here. I scared to sleep tonight not knowing if she will seizure out in this condition

      Oncor has to be the absolute worst. They repeatedly lied to me and told me that someone was coming to fix my lights. I have Special Needs adult in my home. I have been without power for 7 hours and wont be fixed until sometime tomorrow when they expressed resolution would be done by 10:30pm tonight. Once I caught them in their lie they told me they couldnt release anymore info and had to release the call.

      I am sick of our power going out when its not even storming! This is the third time our power has gone out in this past month alone and Oncor has not once given us any reason for it when Ive asked. It seems they dont know how to actually fix their failing equipment because its only buildings 1-5 of our apartment complex that this keeps happening in. Its unacceptable for how much rent we pay to live here and how much we pay for electricity. They need to be more transparent and actually restore the power when they say they will. Not once have they ever quoted a time of restoration thats been accurate. It has always taken longer, days even.

      On April 20th 2024, during a rain storm, about 9 pm, our neighborhoodlost power. The underground transformer is on the street behindmy house several feet away from my fence. About 11pm Oncor showedup to work on the power. I was awake , sitting on my couch tryingto keep my dogs calm. They were barking at the Oncor worker, making a lot of noise, trying to fix the power. About 2 am on the 21st I looked outside to see the worker had cut a large hole in my fence. Then About 3 am the power came on and her left. The big hole was still there and a lot of other damage was done to my fence. I took photos, and video, made a police report, and made a claim with Oncor. After two months of complaints, phone calls, and inquiries. They deniedmy claim. They sad they had the legal right to damage my fence because they had to fix the power. And if I repaired it, in the future if they had to repair the power again they would damage it again. Over half the damage is outside of their easment, and most of it was not even necessary to fix the power. I am still fighting it.

      My home was affected by the storm since May 29, I've had resubmit tickets three times to Oncor since it keeps being closed out stating I have electricity. All my food has gone to waste and my family and pets are suffering due to the humidity and heat. The phone number to call does not allow you to speak to anyone but the **** when I ask for a representative I am told that the call volume is too high and then get disconnected. No one is helping. I am tired of my family having to suffer due to your companies negligence.

      *** spent the better part of the week with no power and have had multiple crews on my street only to go home at 9pm. 24/7 is a lie and this company is a joke. They keep pushing back dates and still a 100k people have no power.

      Too many times the service during events like the past few days have resulted in poor response in restoration to service in a timely manner. We are without power for over 48 hours now. Our residence is usually affected when the people across the street are not. The explanation is "different grid". So what, why is the grid we are on affected with minor and major events? We are never given an explanation that results in superior results.

      Oncor is a complete joke. My wife contacted customer service, because we heard and saw crackling and sparks emitting from a transformer. She was on hold for 4 hours, and when she finally was able to get a hold of someone they told her they would send someone out that same day. No one ever arrived. Now our power is out. Its possible that it could have been the transformer that we were trying to let you guys know about. And again, you can't get a hold of anyone. I have 2 teenage boys at home with no electricity and it is very hot, and only getting hotter. Its insane that you guys are never prepared and do not try to make an attempt to upgrade your infrastructure. Get off your a** and do your job, or find someone who will.

      Overpriced and so poorly managed, they leave customers without power for HOURS after asserting "power has been restored in your area". ???????????????

      Once again they lie and give estimated times when the electric should be back on and its always being moved up, you cant get a hold of anyone either so its resulted to leaving a bad review. Electric has been out for almost 24 hours I am escalating these issue to the News as well.
