Thank you so much for restoring our power last night! I cannot thank you enough. These people were risking their lives to give ungrateful, unthankful, unappreciative people their power back. You got out there in the worst weather. Thank you so much!Grateful customer

In March I applied to have my electric started for April 1st 2025. On March 28th and 31st I was talking to engie and oncor making sure my info is correct because technically my lease says I'm renting suite 7 and 7B but they're the same suite with the same meter. They both said to keep it as suite 7 like my order said. April 1st I have no electricity and when I called oncor and they said because it's set for 7 but should be 7B. So they had to cancel the order and request a priority install (same day) which I later found out is a $100-$250 charge. They dont have an exact number justa rough estimate. It worked all week but today it got shut off WHILE I WAS WITH A CLIENT and had more clients scheduled who had to be canceled. When I called engie and oncor they said it's because it should be set up for suite 7 not 7B but they'll get my electricity back on today for ANOTHER priority charge. I'll also be charged because they had to shut off the electricity and turn it back on. Engie says it's oncors fault for an incorrect ESI. Oncor says its engies fault. Engie says I need to call oncor to dispute the charge and oncor says I need to dispute with engie but either way they both said that I probably won't be reimbursed or refunded for those charges.

Oncor seems to be incapable of keeping the power on. First I was told-via text-my power would be restored at 9:30 am. Then about an hour later, I was told-again via text-it would be restored at 10:30 am. And at 9:43 am I was told-again via text-my power would not be restored until 6:00 pm. To make matters worse, their techs parked right in front of my driveway blocking my vehicle. I am also disabled. I have asthma and my nebulizer runs on electricity. I have RA and require various equipment to help with the excrutiating pain I am in everyday. When I called Oncor to inform them of this, the *** told me to make contact with their technician asking them to move their truck. . . Uhmmm No. . . It is NOT my responsibilty to make sure things are done properly. It is the employers responsibility. She also told me, reach out to the tech, call a tow truck, do what you need to do. . . Absolutely AWFUL customer service. The state needs to do an audit or something because this company is fully and completely incapable of providing proper customer care and keeping the power on longer than 2 months consecutive. I ask that you somehow enforce better training, or more funding or something because for a company this size, you would think they would know what they are doing. My concern is our elderly, the children, and those with disabilities in our area. Oncor-Do AND be better! The customer is ALWAYS right and without us, ******************** would not be here.

Worse service ever. Had an outage a few weeks back, and now I finally got my electric back. Went out around 2 a.m. So BILL WAS PAID! Three weeks later, finally got my electricty back and was told that all my food and electronics that were messed up, broken and rotten would not be covered. F*** THIS COMPNAY! ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THEM!

Oncor has to be the absolute worst. They repeatedly lied to me and told me that someone was coming to fix my lights. I have Special Needs adult in my home. I have been without power for 7 hours and wont be fixed until sometime tomorrow when they expressed resolution would be done by 10:30pm tonight. Once I caught them in their lie they told me they couldnt release anymore info and had to release the call.

I am sick of our power going out when its not even storming! This is the third time our power has gone out in this past month alone and Oncor has not once given us any reason for it when Ive asked. It seems they dont know how to actually fix their failing equipment because its only buildings 1-5 of our apartment complex that this keeps happening in. Its unacceptable for how much rent we pay to live here and how much we pay for electricity. They need to be more transparent and actually restore the power when they say they will. Not once have they ever quoted a time of restoration thats been accurate. It has always taken longer, days even.

On April 20th 2024, during a rain storm, about 9 pm, our neighborhoodlost power. The underground transformer is on the street behindmy house several feet away from my fence. About 11pm Oncor showedup to work on the power. I was awake , sitting on my couch tryingto keep my dogs calm. They were barking at the Oncor worker, making a lot of noise, trying to fix the power. About 2 am on the 21st I looked outside to see the worker had cut a large hole in my fence. Then About 3 am the power came on and her left. The big hole was still there and a lot of other damage was done to my fence. I took photos, and video, made a police report, and made a claim with Oncor. After two months of complaints, phone calls, and inquiries. They deniedmy claim. They sad they had the legal right to damage my fence because they had to fix the power. And if I repaired it, in the future if they had to repair the power again they would damage it again. Over half the damage is outside of their easment, and most of it was not even necessary to fix the power. I am still fighting it.
