      Company is publicly advertising malicious scams via ****** Ads Platform. These ads are in circulation on social media sites (*******) that take users off-site to a flagged unsecured site. Claims that they can provide reduced payments for car insurance. Completely illegitimate doctored video with fake testimonial.

      I purchased tickets for three events: The Robot Restaurant ($108.61), Hansel and Gretel Cocktail Experience ($52.74), and The Wizards Brunch ($93.25). After multiple postponements of all of these events, the business quietly cancelled them without informing me or refunding my tickets, then shut down their website so I could no longer get in touch. I have tried to reach out to them, but their emails no longer function.

      On 4/28/23 I purchased tickets on ***************** to the Cinderella Cocktail Experience: ******. At the time, the date was listed as 12/31/23, so based on the information available on the website, I was under the impression it would take place by the end of the year. After inquiring shortly after, the organizers were not able to provide a date. By the time the end of the year came, the date was changed to 1/1/1970. I reached out to them on 2/7/24 for an update and they still did not have a time and date for the event. The following day, I was issued a $135 gift card to be used at another event. Upon checking, there were no other events going on at the time for me to use the gift card on. Now, their site has been under maintenance for months now, and after doing research, it does not seem these events are legitimate. I have received no further response from this company.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Viral Adventures and Explore Hidden Events concerning an event called The Alice An Immersive Cocktail Experience: Edmonton Family Friendly Session (Jul 20 2024 1:00pm) I Paid $101.65 on June 4, 2024 On July 3, 2024 we received an email that this was cancelled. I have emailed ******************************* As well as Instagramed them and they have not responded with alternate dates or a refund of my money.       I purchased 3 tickets from Viral Ventures. They cancelled the show, but have not given a refund. I have tried NUMBEROUS times to contact them, I cannot get any answer from them.

      My friend purchased us tickets to the Beauty and the Beast experience in *********** for 7/20/2024. We had saw on the news that the location listed on the event ticket, was not aware of this event being held there and had warned potential ticket purchasers that this event was a scam, as other ticket purchasers had shown up and there was no event held at the location indicated on the event. We had contacted TIXR, which we had asked for a refund. TIXR informed us they were receiving similar complaints about the event being a scam, therefore they were no longer affiliated with the event and removed it from their website and to contact The Viral Group for a refund. My friend has tried to reach The Viral Group numerous times with no response for over a month now! They are not acknowledging this, and still have on their event Instagram Page that tickets are still able to purchase in multiple different cities. Viral Ventures, please provide a refund for all the customers you have scammed for this event that did not happen!

      I bought tickets for The Alice - Immersive Cocktail Experience, through Viral Ventures USA, in ********, **, two months ago, I should have realized the website seemed off, but unfortunately, I didn't, I arrived at the address on the ticket, and nothing, no one was there, the lady at the door to the building told us there was no such event here, and there was wedding happening there, so I looked up the site again and everything has either changed or is gone completely, I'm going to try and get a refund but do believe I will be able to. I also noticed the charge to my card went to explore hidden not viral ventures so it looks like multiple "companies" working together to scam people.

      I purchased 2 tickets on May 29, 2024 for an event The Alice Experience on Aug 2, 2024 the amount was $117.25. The event did not take place.No communication was provided I contacted the venue that was supposedly hosting the event and they informed me that the company was scamming people and that no such event was ever scheduled.

      On January 15, 2024 I purchased 5 tickets to the Broadway Diner show through Viral Ventures and Explore Hidden for the *********, ******** show to take place on March 23, 2024. I was notified on March 12, 2024 that due to unforeseen circumstances the show would need to be rescheduled. I was given the option to get my money back or attend on May 11, 2024 and filled out a ****** Form where I chose to transfer the tickets to May 2024. On May 8, 2024, I received the exact same email stating that due to unforeseen circumstances, the event would need to be rescheduled. I was given another ****** Doc to fill out with an October 2024 date as the new date. I chose in the form to get my money back. On May 10, I emailed support to ask if my request was received and they said it was and I would receive an email when the refund is processed. I did not hear anything nor did I receive a refund, so I contacted them again on June 12, 2024 stating that I had not received a refund and they responded saying it is being processed and should show up in 5-10 business days. On June 28, 2024, I emailed again stating that I had not received the refund. I have never heard back from them again despite many emails. I have attempted to contact them through ******** Messenger. I have posted in their ******** page and other people have said the same thing has happened to them. This company is a SCAM and is doing this to MANY people and I request my money back. I have included screenshots of the emails, as well as the "tickets" I was sent.
