I have told this company two days in a row to delete my telephone number from their computers. Their phone callers are also rude using 4-letter vulgarities with their "supposed" customers.

Our company, Phoenix Financing, LLC has been closed for operations for a few years now. We have had people in the past get us confused with other copanies with similar names in the past like Phoenix Financial. Please understand we have not made any calls to you and advuse you to find the correct company that is calling you. If you need further assistance on this matter you can reach us at ************. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:  ************ is scamming me and I want them to completely delete my records. If this is not handled appropriately, I will file a lawsuit against this company for abuse of a client. Thank you

********************: I understand your frustration and I am willing to help you figure out who the correct company is that is calling you but to do that I would need you to answer the questions listed out below. That way I can direct you in the right direction:

-What exactly is making you think that its us making the calls to you and not another company by a similar name that you might be confusing us with?
-Do you have a specific account number associated with a loan you had with this company?
-Do you have the companys address on an agreement you made with this company so we can compare it and make sure its the correct company?
-Do you have the name of the person calling you?
-Has this person told you what the call is about or in reference to (maybe a certain product that you financed)?

The reason I am asking these questions is because to make phone calls to you there would have to be a person making the calls and a reason for the call. And we do not have any employees working for us now or even in the past few years to be able to even call you. We dont even have an office or even a phone number associated with this company anymore. Our Phoenix Financing LLC only exists on paper as an LLC but has zero business operations.

If you provide the information above I should be able to quickly do some research and help you find the correct company.

    Respectfully,
