    October 21, 2023 our water heater pipe busted and flooded our garage, kitchen, laundry, and part of the living and formal dining room area. We agreed for Restore Pro's to do the restoration work. Things started great at first. They were out immediately removing walls, the water heater, and access water. As of November 7th, the laundry, and garage walls were repaired. After that the repairs stopped. They were requesting the money from the insurance so they could order and complete the other repairs. These were replacing the kitchen island, painting all kitchen cabinets, and replacing the wood floors and carpet in the living and formal dining room. We signed over the $32,085.57 that was sent by the insurance company. The insurance stated it should be fine to sign the check over, and some contractors do need the money to be able to purchase supplies and pay workers. They stated there would be a final check once repairs were done and did not recommend signing over that one until we agreed all repairs were completed. The ************* continued to promise the floors were on back order and they would be installed as soon as they came in. This started in November, he was using the holidays as an excuse. This went on into February when the sales rep informed us **** was no longer with Restore Pro's, and the owner was ***********************. We requested a call from him. ***** called stating he was unaware this job was not done and wanted to make this right. Two weeks went by and nothing was ordered and still no repairs. We sent him an email requesting our money back. He called around 3/6/24 stating he understood and we would have the money by April 15th. Still nothing. I sent emails and left voicemails to contact but no response. We sent him a certified letter on 5/2/24 requesting our money. As of today 5/31/24 still no response. We reached out to an attorney, but do not have the $5,000 they wanted to file a case. These repairs are now out of our pocket.

    Insurance paid my claim of ********* dollars To me to Restore Pros to Restore home that was burnt in a housefire in 2022 only 30% got done and Im not the only family thats been burned by this company in fact they are soliciting suspected victims every day.

    I had a Electrical fire Last year in September and Restore Pro's LLC and the company did restore some work at my house and them they put new sheet rock in my garage and they bend water line goes to my water supply to my refrigerator and it touches the refrigerator and will not stay inside the wall. They took some clothes and sweaters, 6 leather jackets, 2 leather vest. I called talked the Manager and he was going to talk to his employee and I haven't hear from them, and try to call them and I leave message, they don't return your call. They didn't return my 6 leather jackets and 2 Vests, they worth $1500.00
