      In Dec 2016 I contracted with Metroplex Foundation Repair to repair the foundation of my home in the amount of $14,286.22. I was having some flooring changes made in April 2020 and contacted them again to come and check my foundation for need of adjustments before the new flooring was laid. In the fall of 2023 my flooring started warping and I called a contractor to check it out. We pulled up all of the flooring and it appears as though water is coming up from under my foundation in multiple places and it is flooding my home! I called Metroplex Foundation Repair and the number rings once and then flies to busy. I called a second number that I had and left a voicemail. After four days still no response and I called again. Same response. More rain and I have had to move all of the furniture out of my living room to higher ground! I need immediate help and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Next week I plan to go to their office in ****** to see if it still exists! I cannot afford to pay an additional $15,000 to start over with another company. PLEASE HELP!!!!

      Hello. I have spoken with a plumber and have someone scheduled to come to my home on Tuesday, May 7, to do a leak detection test. From the information I gave them they do not feel as though it is a plumbing issue, but when I spoke to my insurance adjuster, she suggested that we start there in order to rule out a plumbing issue.

      We had foundation work done with Metroplex Foundation Repair and have a limited lifetime transferable warranty and trying to reach them regarding this. All numbers and information I was able to locate show out of business. Who maintains the warranty?

      We tried to call company because our house is uneven again on floor and a couple of closets uneven. We have a letter of lifetime foundation repair guarantee signed by the President of the company. The phone number they gave us is not a working number not able to contact them not sure what happened. Would like to get a response from them and to do the repair that was guarantee by them. We are still making payments to them, hope they can call us and have this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your service. Please let us know anything related to our complaint.

      Had foundation work done in 2020 and was given a lifetime warranty. We sold house this summer and had a structural engineer come out to look at homes foundation. The report said that house was never actually lifted and leveled. I called company many times and nobody answered. The point of contact person **** brought with metroplex foundation said he no longer works for company and cannot help. This company does not stand by their work or their warranty! Beware and Do not use them.

      We had house raised, foundation repair October 2019 and we have a ********* Limited Lifetime Foundation Repair. We paid over $10,000 More cracking and settling 12- 16 months later . Called numbers we had. None of those numbers working.. After some heavy rain in 2022, more settling and doors close now. Some cracks have closed. Wanted to talk to someone, but never hot anyone so far 2023

      If heavy rain made cracks close it means the ground was not watered enough. Maintenance has not been sufficient enough which is indicated by customer stating the rain made the gaps close.

      Home needs to be mudjacked inside, customer was explained this a few years ago when she purchased property. Unsure how it was insufficient, homes shift concrete pressed piers are no exception and need adjustments in the future. To claim it was done incorrectly or insufficiently when she was not the original homeowner that paid to have the work completed and did not see the before and after is not accurate.

      Customer messaged us, we replied. Needs mudjacking which we do not offer. Customer needs mudjacking and 3rd party engineer report stating what they wish to have completed. We do not accept bids from any foundation companies only a licensed engineer.

      This company has not replied to me in three years. Again I have more recently tried to reach out to them regarding the work and adjustments on the piers they installed and they have not go back to me! Nothing about mudjacking! I have no idea what that is and that is not what I am reaching out about!

      I have not had a return phone call from this company yet. They have only replied through the bbb. They have not been to the home in 3 yrs. Certain piers they installed need adjustment due to settling not mudjacking and this has been confirmed by other professionals who have recently been at the home to inspect.

      Date 4-16-16 Amount $6,800 cash With a lifetime Warranty I have attempted calling several times and reached out to a cell # give to me by there office, contact person Jake I left him several messages and no response I would like them to respond to our calls, we had remodeled the inside of our home and now we have cracks again in the front of our house. If they cannot resolve this problem, then we would like our money back.

I have a life time warranty for their work now it went back all the crack in house and even get worse than before they did the lifting and repairing our house. Customer being the foundation expert he claims to be stating it was not done right knows refusal is as far as you can push piers and refusal has the potential to change. Customer has not called has not left messages for us and instead decides to leave a message here.

      In March 2020 we had Metroplex foundation repair come out and give us a bid for foundation issues that they said weren't terrible but need to be addressed. After 24 piers being placed to cover the entire perimeter of the house and $9,000 we hoped our issues were over. Almost a year later the cracks came back and the house seems worse off than before. The doors all fall open to one side, cracks in interior and exterior are back etc.. No working phone number or website for the company to try to get in contact with them. The number on our transferable warranty is the same listed on your website where they replied to your pile of customer complaints. Where do we go from here?
