1 star"I am extremely disappointed with Brown's Foundation. Despite knowing about two broken beams in my home, they have failed to communicate or address this critical issue. Their service has been poor, with no follow-up or attempt to resolve a serious structural problem that requires immediate attention. I've reached out multiple times, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. I expected professionalism and accountability, but their lack of responsiveness has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the safety of my home. I would not recommend Brown's Foundation based on this experience." I was trying not to leave any stars for this company, but unfortunately, they mske you pick one. BEWARE. I made an appointment with Brown Foundation following the recommendation of an engineer who works independently of any foundation repair company. The confirmation email I got was from ****** foundation. The person in the office said that she had just sent the wrong email and that Brown and ****** are "sister companies". I have had dealings with ****** in the past. At that time ****** gave us an estimate of over $40,000.00 for work which we later found out was not needed! I advise you not to do business with ****** or BROWN.

******************,I do apologize for any confusion that was caused by the email branded with an ****** confirmation. We utilize the same CRM company, and apparently there was a bit of an issue when we onboarded our newest admin, and she was set up under the wrong company. I apologize that you had a negative experience with ******, however, you cancelled your appointment with us prior to our inspection, therefore, we were never given the chance to provide you with our recommendations and your review would be better served if posted towards their business listing. ****** is a friendly competitor of ours, and we often pass referrals to them as they do to us when a client needs a product we do not offer. 5 stars**** inspected my property foundation and affected room. While shifting is in its early stages, I have decided to do a short wait and see until after the holidays. I appreciated the detailed information concerning what is happening to my foundation and what to expect. I could not have asked for a better experience! I am a single female and have minimal knowledge about foundation repairs. ****'s knowledge and the information he provided was great. The General Manager, ************** provided the best possible service. Brown Foundation is the best Foundation company in ******. I have lived in ****** over 50 years and have use many foundation companies. I have found that Brown Foundation is the best. If you have money to waste use another company. *****Brown Foundation Repair
