    This complaint is for Pilot Freight Services. On 11/28/2021 we purchased a Gun Safe from Sam's Club and they use Pilot Freight Services for shipping. I received an email on 11/29/2021 showing that it had shipped and my estimated delivery date was 12/08/2021. I received an email from "************@pilotdelivers.com" and a Pilot tracking # XXXXXXXXX with instructions to schedule my delivery. When I click on the link, it shows that "online appointment scheduling is not available for this shipment at this time. Please try again later." (I have tried many times, getting the same response) I called the number they gave and have had no luck with that either. They usually cant find the order by their tracking # and/or give me someone else's name and then have to search. When they eventually locate mine, I get the same response, "We cant give you a date at this time." They also cant tell me where my package is that was supposedly picked up by them on 11/30/2021. After many emails and phone call attempts, we still have not received our item and Pilot cannot give us any idea of where it is or if/when it will arrive. It is now 1/11/2022 and I still have not received my item or a response from Pilot as to when it will arrive. I would like my item delivered to me ASAP.

    Pilot delivered a 75 inch tv to my home from Wal-Mart. I needed them to also pick the tv up to have it returned due to inoperability. I called once and spoke to a Cathy who scheduled the deliver for 12/15/2021 between 1-5 pm. No One showed up. I followed up a few days later and rescheduled again for 12/20/2021. No one showed up. By 12/21 I contact Pilot again to see why no one is showing up to pick this tv up and Cathy responds, "We no longer pick up at your zip code, I have to reach out to another company to pick this up." As if this is my fault, she does not give me a point of contact for this "other company" because "If I start to call them, I cannot contact them because they do not even have your order altogether." I asked to be transferred to a manager and pretty much got a voicemail even though I agreed to be on hold to speak to someone. Each time I call back, which has been several, I get sent back to the prompts. This is laughable. The customer service is on the ground horrible and now I won't order anything else with the knowledge that Pilot Freight Services will be delivering the item.
