    Paid cash for a couch and loveseat you only fell card **** on all four arm rest we have call the store several times no solution they keep saying they are emailing ****** furniture store to get the arm rest replace but nothing has happened would .

    I purchased a living room set from this company in March 2022. While purchasing the furniture ******, the salesperson, told us the furniture was real leather. The couch started peeling (obviously not real leather)! I reached out to the store about my issue and spoke to ******. ****** told me he was looking into the issue and would call me back. I didn't hear from him for 3 weeks so I reached out again. ****** told me he had discussed the resolution with someone on the team and would call me back shortly with an answer. Another week passed and no call from ******. I called the store and talked to the original salesperson, who politely hung up in my face when asked if I could speak to a manager. So now I have a 2-year-old couch that was over $3,000 with peeling fabric and no one will fix the issue. I purchased a protection plan with the furniture, but their protection only covers accidents. This is no accident, the furniture is poor quality and not leather, as I was originally told. I feel I was misled by purchasing this furniture of such poor quality. I would like a refund or at the least, the couch to be repaired.
