    I purchased a 5-piece Incanto sectional ($$k) on 3/11/23 in color pure white. After about 4 1/2 months, I was notified that my sectional would arrive on 8/1/2023.The day of, I didnt hear from the delivery company. I called Maklen and he reached out to the delivery driver. I was notified that after waiting over 4 months that the trailer that my sectional was in was stolen the night before. **** released the sectional to a fraudulent delivery company.**** gave me the option of canceling or taking a similar sectional and configuration but in off-white. After receiving an off-white sample, I decided not to move forward. I was afraid that the color would change in different lighting after placing the sample in different areas of my home.After a small discount, I decided to place the order again and wait another 4 months. I kept the original color choice (pure white) because it didnt change color in the lighting or setting.On December 15th, 2023, the sectional was delivered (late evening). The next day, after seeing the sofa for the first time in the daylight, I noticed that the color was not pure white, but off-white. I reached out to Maklen immediately with my concern and included pictures.Over 2 months (at the time of this writing), *** had back-and-forth between myself, ******, ***, Incanto in *****, and Incanto rep in US, and was told the following:1. Real leather cant be white but yet I was shown a color sample that **** referred to as pure white.2. I was told I received color code P1111 like I ordered. I ordered based on a color sample (visually) like any other customer would do and not by a color code. As long as the color code matches but if the sample color doesnt match the sectional color then nothing they can do. I received what I ordered.They offered the following as solutions::1. They advised that I buy brighter bulbs to make the sofa look more like the color I ordered. I asked what about during the day? no response.2. They advised I take the sectional apart and take one piece outside to see that the color was white. This was obviously unrealistic.Its almost a year out from the time of my original order, to the new order, and trying to resolve the color issue with **** and Incanto for over 2 months now. Unfortunately, I cant just walk in the store (I live in *******) and discuss with them.****/Incanto have been unwilling to offer a fair solution. In fact, I was accused by *** of having buyers remorse to try and delegitimize my concern on the purchase I made and the color difference. I did not wait to notify **** as a person with buyers remorse would do. I contacted them immediately the day after the delivery.To close, I dont think anyone did anything malicious here but after waiting almost 9 months for the second sectional to arrive and it not be the exact color I ordered, it has been very disheartening to say the least.**** and ******* have shown that they dont take customer concerns seriously. If you consider what I was told and the options I was given, Itll give you an idea of the type of people you will be dealing with if something goes wrong.**** last reply over 5 days ago was asking me what I would suggest to do? As if it is my responsibility to come up with a solution. *** left me no choice but to file this complaint and share my customer experience. He had plenty of opportunities to take my concern seriously and offer a solution. So far he has chosen not to.
